My husband and I were searching for our second home near Simi Valley, CA. We found Michelle through her reviews on Bigger Pocket. This was the best decision we made. I would never use my previous agent who was in front of our first house in North Orange County, CA. Michelle blew our previous agent out of the water which wouldn't have taken much since we had the worst agent previously (who didn't disclose a rent back and treated it like a transaction). I would say 2021 was a very difficult year to buy a home since there was a shortage of homes which made it a seller's market.
