My husband and I were searching for our second home near Simi Valley, CA. We found Michelle through her reviews on Bigger Pocket. This was the best decision we made. I would never use my previous agent who was in front of our first house in North Orange County, CA. I would say 2021 was a very difficult year to buy a home since there was a shortage of homes which made it a seller's market.
