Dustin promptly provided a quote and the cleaning was scheduled for today (July 6). The guys showed up on time in an unmarked truck. They were here for 1.5 hrs. When I got home I was immensely disappointed. I should have read my quote more carefully. Soffits and fascia were not included in the clean. My siding wasn't dirty so when I got home it looked like nothing had been done. The windows had been washed but left streaky. I sent a frustrated email to Dustin. His reply stated to send pictures and that it was clearly stated soffits/fasciae weren't included. Dustin called me today, was very courteous and offered to come and clean the soffits for free. I let him know that I didn't expect anything for free but appreciated the offer. All sorted and I appreciate the follow-up!

I called a half hour after the 8:30 am appointment and got some fake Australian accented voicemail advising that they were receiving more calls than normal and to leave a message and someone would get back to me. I again called after an hour later and again left a message. Still no response. I also sent an email. No response. The lack of professionalism displayed by this company is astonishing. I suspect their work would not be of much value. Go elsewhere! There are much better and reliable companies in Edmonton who deserve your business. This company does not!

The team was unable to do edging in the front as their edger was out of service, but since my spouse has an edger on a weed trimmer he can do it this year. Honestly, I usually expect that a few leaves will still be stuck in the covered patio area after this job is done, but Steven, Tanya, and crew made sure it was fastidiously clean. Sitting on the patio that evening, I could see the shrubs looking equally clear and ready for action. No dead leaves for slugs to hide under! Hired this company on May 24, 2026 to complete an exterior house cleaning. i was told by Dan the…read moreowner that the results of the service would be squeeky clean. It was not after two cleans. My house was covered in wet balled up spider webs on all walls. I contacted Dan to discuss my concerns and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of looking into my concerns as promise, he blamed the customer for under quoting the service, he had bigger companies he owned and he insulted me saying that I was the type of person who complains for money back. Dan also stated that my house was not cleaned as normal as my vinyl siding had oxidation. Funny, a walk through was done with them and they said nothing about this. Dan stated I needed I different cleaning that would have cost me over twice the quoted amount - why not tell me at the onset so I could make a decision??? Bottom line, do not hire this company as there is no pride in workmanship or respect for customer service.
