The man I spoke to was friendly and polite, and I was excited to finally be able to see out of my windows again after too long being dirty! I'm trying to sell my house, so the windows needed to look spotless! When the day came, I was so frustrated. He'd told me on the phone to make sure that my window screens were removed before they arrived. I tried, but these are complicated old 1970s era windows, and about half of them, I couldn't get out. I called him, and he said he could help. I was given a window of arrival between 11 and noon, and it was a little after noon when he arrived. But now, knowing how much he does for all of their clients, it was no big deal at all. I could tell the fellow who showed up was the same one I spoke to on the phone, so he introduced himself as Waqas. He jumped into action, removing my many layers of windows and screens like a pro, then he went to it. While he did the outsides, I Windexed the insides and cleaned the tracks, because they were disgusting, and had not been cleaned in quite a while (years). Then I brought the screens outside to spray clean since they were filthy too. He showed me the perfect technique for insuring the screens were as dry as possible, and THEN he even put them all back in for me, since he knew how difficult they were. I felt bad because I made him late for his next appointment. But Winducks gets a solid 5-star rating for such friendly, outstanding customer service. I won't hesitate to use them again. I didn't dare try to cancel with them as did not want to pay a "cancellation fee". After 6 weeks of THEIR scheduling/cancelling/rescheduling they finally had a crew to clean gutters. These guys were awesome. Did an excellent job. If they had employees available for when THEY scheduled the cleaning in the first place, I would not have had to rip out soaked carpet in the basement. A few years have gone by and company I have been dealing with was transitioning to new ownership so they were unable to do cleaning of gutters. Decided to give this company another try. This time was the worst cleaning job ever. When they say they do not remove "plant debris" from gutters that is an understatement. They spent more time getting up on the roof and off the roof than they did cleaning. They did not even provide before and after pictures of their job like other companies do. Now I know why photos are not provided. And they say the customer has "3 days" to check the work of the cleaners. If I was able to climb onto the roof myself, why would I hire someone to do the cleaning? They charge a fee for 1-1 1/2 hour of work. These guys spent 5 minutes with their air blower. And for that they charge $20 for fuel. Needless to say, this is the last time I will be using this company. Not good value for your money. Over priced and no quality.

In the winter months we had them over to move furniture and relocate household incidentals to our storage unit.
