Guys came immediately. After inspecting the problem I was informed that the original gas line was not installed per code; the location of the pipe as well as the material used was incorrect. They informed me on what I needed to do to so they could come back and install everything correctly.Before leaving they made sure all gas was turned off correctly and gas was not leaking into the house. They came back early the next morning, installed a new pipe correctly and assisted with getting our water heater reset. Both Travis and Connor were professional and polite. My wife and I both felt very comfortable with the work they did. Will always call this company in the future if a need arises.
