They took advantage of someone in a vulnerable legal situation and showed no accountability when called out. I will be filing a formal complaint with the State Bar of Texas for unethical conduct and mishandling of client funds. Future clients: protect yourself. I've…read moretaken forever to write this review waiting for the perfect time to do so and I believe with the new president and current circumstances this is the perfect time to tell you how great Mr Mathur is ... let me tell you my story, I will try to make it short. When I was in my early 20s I got in trouble with the law, can't go much into details but I can tell you that my poor decisions got me detained at the airport when I was trying to enter the country back from a vacation. If you are a green card holder and you break the law, your green card will be taken away and you will be detained at the airport, questioned for hours and possibly deported. I was lucky, I was paroled to reentered the country and waited for a court date to go in front of an immigration judge to decide if I was allowed to stay in this country.. several weeks later I got a letter with my court date, at this point I'm freaking out because I could get deported if I didn't have an attorney, so I search and search for many immigration attorney and went to many appointments, some didn't want to take my case and others would take my case but had me calling criminal lawyers to ask then questions about my criminal cases, I was so confused and desperate to find someone, and by the grace of GOD I found Mr Mathur!!.. when I met him he explained to me the reason why I was having trouble finding an attorney to represent me, i needed an immigration/criminal attorney and there is not many that can do both and in my case I needed both.
