Reinman's is quaint. It's half hardware/half rando-items that you'll need at some point. It's a true general store. I was directed here for use of the ATM but also ended up purchasing some cheap wine bottle stoppers. It's that type of place. The lady working was very sweet. Everyone in there seemed to know each other. It *is* located in an eeeeextremely small town. I was only visiting on a short vacation, but I'd assume this place is a mainstay for locals. I wouldn't give them even 1 star if I didn't have to. We purchased two recliners from them less than 2 years ago. They have had to go back to the store for repair at least twice. When they were returned in January I was told if there was another problem I would have to contact LaZBoy directly. One day after they were returned the recliner was making a grinding noise when used and squeaking. Called LaZBoy and I have yet to get an answer or a call back as to what can be done. I have called once a week now for 4 weeks. Reinman's was supposed to contact us but have not heard one word from them. When you do call them they let you know that you are inconveniencing them and that they really don't want to deal with you. Very poor customer service. I will never purchase anything from them again. read more

This family owned hardware (and more) store has been around forever and really exceeds your customer service needs. They have a friendly staff and awesome owners that create a great workplace and shopping environment. Your experience here will be something you share with your friends. Located in the small town of Clayton you can arrive by boat(weather permitting) or car. It's right across from the town docks, you can't miss the big brown store on the corner of riverside drive. Rafts, bumpers, line, cleaning supplies, paint, weber grilles, furniture, mattresses, batteries, plumbing and electrical supplies, hardware, tools, camping accessories, carpet cleaners, screens, patio Furniture, etc etc. Whatever it is you need Reinmans has it.
