The room was always clean and the shower was spacious. Yes, it's a bit noisy of a location, but that was expected given the proximity to the city center and after the first night or two we were used to the noise. The only thing we wish we could change would be to have the ability to adjust the room temperature. The only way to make the room cooler was to open the window which sometimes led to the room being too cold given we were traveling in December and January. Overall, extremely happy with our stay!

There is nothing in the area. The lounge area is simple and boring- you can grab a beer or drink and some light snacks but that is all. The rooms are clean. The room I had was equipped with bunk beds! The queen bed was the typical European queen bed- two twins pushed together.....That middle part is not fun. Nonetheless, it's close to the S-bahn which is also nice as it is a short walk as well. Finding the entrance is tricky but go where it says ticketed passengers only as you can buy your ticket on the platform at the other end. Makes sense if you are there and not reading this. The place is not cheap as they know business' will pay to stay there but such is life. It's no Marriott but it will do. Good luck!

It's really frustrating to get this if your a non-german speaker, the call center will just hang up on you. They don't even forward your call to any one who can communicate well. This happened to me several times already. One time we were in the autobahn waiting for 5 hours in the dead heat, another instance I need to wait for 6 hours to for them to show up. Other ADAC in other countries are ok, specially in Czech, our car stop in the hotel and they follow through updating us every time. Now I'm waiting for them to just jump start my car, and been waiting here 4 hours. Missed all my appointment for the day.
