Dallas came out promptly to give us a quote and was quickly in tune with what trees we wanted removed, to keep, etc. And he demonstrated deep knowledge about various trees, made suggestions, etc. that was beyond just removing them. Our project required big equipment to be used in the yard and they came back for additional manual cleanup. We were so pleased with the front yard that we got a quote and had him do the backyard as well. We experienced good communication, thorough follow-up, very friendly service (not just from Dallas but the crew), and very conscientious and collaborative work ensuring we'd be happy with the finished projects. From the beginning Michael returned my call, came out and gave me a fair and honest quote to complete the job. We discussed some options, like leaving some wood for our fireplace, agreed on a price and they were here within a day. (I lucked out and caught them at a good time) I had basically 6 trees that needed to be taken down (two split), along with trimming some large branches hanging over our home. One of our oaks was old, split and partially hollowed out. This large oak was between our new home and garage and was dangerous. Needless to say, Michael and his crew got the tree down within the day and cleaned up. Zero damage to anything. The next day (today), they took down 5 other trees that needed to go. Again, they did an outstanding job and they were amazing to watch when I had some free time. Because of the snow, it's difficult to clean up all the saw dust, but they have done a great job at cleaning up branches and the dust they could get at. They even picked up small twigs on my roofline. Anyway, this company is safe, professional and detailed . Michael kept me informed at the beginning of the project and at the end of the day to let me know what his next plan of attack was. The crew recently did some tree work for us and they did an GREAT job! The crew could not have been more courteous, timely, efficient, professional, and all around hard-working.   They took great care in safely removing a massive tree that was leaning towards power lines and next to our machine shed. It was a challenging task, maneuvering around power lines and equipment, on a windy day. They fell the massive tree with incredible surgeon-like precision! They dropped it exactly where we asked, into a field. They also trimmed some additional limbs up high on some mature trees with their boom lift truck. During the initial quote estimate, they mentioned two (new) trees in close proximity to the yard that might have to be moved because of the equipment needing to be put in. I was prepared to dig around one to increase room, but it wasn't needed. Very detailed with pointing out why the tree had to come down! I received a written estimate via email later that day after we'd discussed. A post-cut walkthrough was done, which they initiated. Residual stump was maybe 5" tall. Definitely lower than stumps from a previous treecutter from several years ago. Obviously this can vary per tree based on conditions, but being so close to a fence, I couldn't help but to be impressed by how low to the ground they could get and how evenly-cut across it was. Really nicely done all around. Some residual sawdust is inevitable, but that's inevitable and the amount of time on cleanup they did was impressive. They even replaced the fencing I had put up to keep the deer away from the newly planted tree. Wasn't expecting that. :) Very impressed with the quality of work. Very professional and informative.
