Yes the tiny poke to get you numb but way better the just the creams I heard they use at other places. One of the many reasons I never got it done before because I didn't want to feel anything and with the dental block you don't. I started with a quick 30 min facial experience to go over my skin type and what recommendations they may have. The visit was informative and there are many options for keeping your skin healthy and vibrant. I followed up with a visit the following week with Dr. Gwen and did some Botox. I was pleased with her knowledge and she made me feel at ease during my visit. The staff is all very friendly and they do a great job of making conversation and taking time to remember you and past conversations. The spa is aesthetically pleasing and there's an amazing cinnamon hot tea while you wait. Overall I would recommend RejuvenatRx to anyone wanting to look their best! read more

I don't even know where to start! First I scheduled an appointment last minute and got in!! After calling around town and couldn't get an actual person because I needed multiple services done! But it happened for a reason because this place is beyond amazing! I had a micro peel, brow wax and tint! Chelsey did such a fabulous job! I was so scared about my brows because I've had so many issues in the past but when I saw hers I knew I was good! The facial and micro peel was beyond refreshing! I left with such a glow my mother in law couldn't stop talking about it!!! I won't ever go anywhere else ever again! I love the product and the people! Got the best facial they have which does a 3 step exfoliation and then a little botox in the forehead area. My skin looks amazing and it felt great although the bright lights and loudish kinda upbeat music was a turn off i usually like to be relaxed when getting a facial but this felt more like a procedure than that which it kind of was. Red flag when cosmetic services are in a strip mall, squeezed in between fast food and five and dime shops. I sought her "expertise" because I had couple issues where fillers lumped and slipped. Two visits cost almost $5000 for fillers and dissolve--4 vials, 3 on the first visit (Yep) and 1 on the last. I did question her multiple times and even asked her NOT to remove fullness where it was not necessary, and her response was condescending, stating she knows what she's doing and it was part of the process. She lied repeatedly about what she did even though I was there, and received, and PAID for these "treatments". I can prove this. She DID use dissolve and filters in the EXACT same locations (all over my face). She did dissolve where it was NOT necessary. She did intentionally remove fullness and added at least 10 years to my face. THREE vials of dissolve in one treatment (Not recommended or appropriate). And, she did dissolved in areas that I adamantly asked her NOT to dissolve. Thousands of dollars in fillers were dissolved, leaving my face distorted and created extreme asymmetry. Dr. Gwen chastised me for being "shallow", "placing too much concern on my looks", "is that how I value myself", and on, and on. (I can offer validity with the email from her recommending a self-help book.) Then, she went on some very strange tangent about how she was never the object of mens' attention, nor was she asked to the prom--(please if you had a similar experience, speak up and prevent her from verbally or aesthetically attacking anyone else). I followed up with other specialists after what she did to me, and they were disturbed to see the pictures from before my visit with her and after only two visits. When I asked her to please fix what she did, she said she would. I drove five hours in one direction only to have her tell me that she doesn't see a problem and to leave. So, I asked for my medical records and I was illegally refused my records. I very sincerely believe this doctor maliciously and negligently treated me. She fully charged for treatments I DID NOT WANT and that she SHOULD NOT have done. Still, as equally horrible the damage, wasted money, stress, wasted time, and travel, is the fact that she maliciously dissolved so that trying to have my face fixed is proving difficult. Skilled providers don't want to clean up someone else's mess. Please use this as a caution when choosing a cosmetic facility. And, please if you still decide to visit this office, TAKE SOMEONE AND MAKE SURE THEY DO NOT LEAVE YOU ALONE WITH WOMAN. Bottom line, I don't recommend and will never again seek cosmetic services located in a strip mall, next to fast food, and five and dime stores, etc. Sadly, she has also shaken my trust in women providers. read more

I just had Ultherapy and the whole experience was great. Dr. Gwen made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Since she is a physician she was able to numb the area with lidocaine making the experience pain free. If you are considering Ultherapy, this is the place! I just moved to Spokane, and I am so grateful that I visited Rejuvenate. I made my appointment because I was interested in finding a skin care regiment that I can use to prevent future signs of aging AND get my skin back to a healthy glow. I am in my mid-thirties and I felt like aging was inevitable and something I would cover up with makeup and deal with. I took very good care of my skin and my diet is very healthy. Even with a good routine and diet, my skin still looked dull and worn out. There are so many bad med spas out there that cost tons of money so I felt compelled to write a review, even though I don't want to because I don't want this spa to become overcrowded. I was blown away by my results after my first visit. Here's why: (1) I had my first chemical peel here. I was very nervous because I have sensitive skin and I can't take a lot of down time to let my skin stop peeling. I expressed this concern to the staff and Dr. Gwyn herself explained that I could have a milder chemical peel. Layers of dull, sad, tired, stressed skin were removed in thirty minutes. Stop wasting money, like I used to, on facials that may use products that smell nice or expensive lotions. Just stop. The positive effects of these facials only last for a couple of days whereas my chemical peel left my skin glowing for weeks. Why get a chemical peel at rejuvenate versus somewhere else? Because the staff at Rejuvenate were incredibly careful with my skin, meticulous with the procedures, and each little step and project was explained to me. If you need a quick pick me up, then I recommend getting a peel done. Plus, the peel eliminates all facial hair so no need to wax. (2) I also tried Botox for the first time here. Botox isn't actually as expensive as you are lead to believe, however, the staff at Rejuvenate gave me a very accurate quote on what I needed. Nothing more, nothing less. These results were amazing as well. Now, botox is not a painless procedure no matter where you get it. With that being said, Dr. Gwyn explained every part of the procedure and she was very careful. I didn't feel rushed or pushed into anything. I also did not lose my ability to make facial expressions. This was my biggest hesitation, but totally a fallacy. (3) I received a list of products personalized for my skin with details on how to use each product. The products are on the expensive side except when you look at all the pointless products I have purchased in the past. The results from these products are exponentially more effective than all the useless products I have in my vanity. (4) I have only seen Dr. Gwyn twice and she's spent more time with me than my primary care doctor has for the last two years. Rejuvenate is not a "lure you in with a groupon and then give you subpar service and upsell you the entire time." I never felt like I was dealing with a salesman or anyone other than a medical professional. Dr.Gwyn is fantastic. I had lost all hope of clearing up my face after my acne started last year. I am in my late 20's and had never experienced acne until after my children were born. The anxiety that I felt on my way to the first appointment was immediately relieved upon walking into the office. Chris was doing paperwork behind the desk and stopped what he was doing to greet me with a warm and friendly smile. Dr.Gwyn popped in and introduced herself and then immediately offered me a cup of tea. She took the time to answer the million questions that I had and then it was time to get down to business. I have a lot of acne scars that are very noticeable on my olive skin and was experiencing a large number of active breakouts.
