Now I've learned to use herbs and spices I was always to afraid to buy! I can make chicken curry!! I appreciate the nutritionists and doctors available to chat with. They believe in traditional and homeopathic/naturopathic medicine. They scan your body with this little machine to watch liver function and make sure your are not losing muscle (by cheating and not eating enough protein). I think the program is highly affordable!
