Scheduling a service for a tube to be inserted in my bum felt very vulnerable, but Reuel was so kind and reassuring, and I felt totally supported every step of the process. He is especially compassionate for first-timers, which I am so grateful to have experienced. I opted for a 5 pack of colonics immediately upon finishing my first appointment. I also added on the additional service of Ozone after the colonics (Also the first time doing ozone) Added bonus! There is a screen that shows the tube full of everything that is leaving your body. It was so nice to talk with Reuel about digestion while doing the colonic as this is his specialty and provided helpful information and printouts that I was able to start putting into effect immediately. Simple dietary changes to support digestion helped me maintain a state of non-bloat, and better understanding food combinations. After my 3rd colonic, I purchased the Magnesium he offers and it blows any other magnesium i've ever tried out of the water. The bowel movements I have after starting this magnesium is like night and day! My experience at the time of this review: I have done 4 colonics out of my 5 pack so far I have struggled with increased digestion issues over the last year, from bloating, constipation, weight gain, indigestion, you name it. I have tried so many diets, supplements, restriction diets, carnivore diets, vegan diets, medical medium diets, etc, and NOTHING has given me the relief and efficacy that doing a series of colonics with Reuel has shown me. Even as you talk to them on the phone, you'll think "thank god". They are very intuitive and peaceful people, full of integrity. This is really helpful for something like colon therapy, because you do feel a bit vulnerable, especially the first time. You can get either a male, very kind, therapist who I think runs the place, or a young lady who is also an artist - if you feel more comfortable with a female. They are actually passionate about helping people and truly appreciate this procedure as it helped them in their lives and their family's lives as well. I'm def coming back next time I'm in Sedona. The massage table has a heated pad/pillow that makes the experience much easier, and you can see a part of the tube through which the clean water goes through, and then the "stuff" comes out. I wasn't sure at first if I wanted to see anything, but it's really neat! They also have a chart/picture of a human's bowels where they can explain to you what the cleansing does. In a word, the experience was much less clinical, and much more on the clean, simple and warm side. They say you have to start in your 30's, but there is no such thing as too early, especially if you have digestive issues. I don't have any issues, but trust me, our bodies need it anyway. I feel much better, from physical to spiritual levels. I feel more psychic, more intelligent, and I have so much energy I'm scaring myself ;). Thanks and keep up the good work!
