Alison Bogannan is to hair color what an umbrella is to rain... can't look good without her! She is truly, truly amazing! I'm used to being in the salon chair for hours upon hours for my dark brown, crazy curly hair to become blonde, but I was in and out of Rejuvenations in under 2.5 hours and frankly my hair has NEVER looked better! Alison also happens to be a curly hair expert and is one of the few stylists in the Greater Portland area who I'd trust to tame my curls. AND she's an all around amazing person. I've been seeing Allison Bognanon for hair at Rejuvenations in Falmouth for nearly a year now. She is warm, easy-going and calm. Armed with fresh ideas from attending workshops and classes annually, Allison is committed to keeping current. She listens, works hard and is consistent in her work each time I see her. It's such a nice feeling knowing I can depend on being happy when I walk out the door, and not have to wait a few weeks for my hair to look a little relaxed, the cut less blunt, etc. She gets it right every time. Prices are competitive with Portland salons, and the ease of parking is a big perk. She is also available for on-site wedding hair and make-up. Unprofessional, poor customer service. Customer is always wrong. After bringing a dissatisfaction to the owner she stopped being friendly to me during subsequent appointments. I had no choice but to finish out the appointments or lose the money I paid up front. She made me feel very uncomfortable during the subsequent 3 appointments. read more

There is nothing "medical" about this spa, including the fact that they do not honor confidentiality, despite my having insisted on it. They disclosed my name to another client (note not patient). Additionally, the procedure I had done (400.00 each visit) was to address the skin from the cheekbones down to the jaw line. After the second they only addressed the jowls, and announced it would be 700.00 each visit for the much of the skin. I now have white spots on my jowls that can not even be covered with make up. During this last visit the owner continually tried to sell me their other services despite being dissatisfied with what she had done thus far. STAY AWAY!!! read more

My glam goddess Ellen Maloney has a new RN partner in crime! Mia Rapolla is amazing and doing all dermal fillers. By far my favorite lips and Botox yet. Give them a call, and you'll leave the Medi spa feeling so beautiful. It was painless. She numbs you up with a cream before she begins working. Her technique is really something because I had no bruising and irritation after. Moments after I went on to to a whole day of running errands and had so many compliments on how beautiful my lips are. Mia is very passionate and precise. I appreciated the fact that she does as minimal as possible as far as actually needle pricking because the more pricking the more of a chance you will have with bruising, and mine I said, No bruising at all. I always bruised before when I went to someone else. I'm amazed and so happy with these results. Ellen couldn't be more gifted in everything beauty, from hair to make up, and lashes that's my go to. I will fly from NYC to Maine just to have my blonde touched up by her. I love Rejuvenations. Laura at their front desk is golden. She's always able to squeeze me in and the whole team goes above and beyond to fit my crazy schedule in as I live in Portland only part time. I really wouldn't go anywhere else. Very unprofessional and rude. I don't understand why they call themselves a Medical Spa - there is no "medical" involved in it.

One the best day spas I've been to. Staff is friendly and know what they're doing. It's so disappointing to go to a day spa and have a new to the industry worker beating you on the massage table, or leaving your face broken out from misuse of skin care products. None of which were the case with Rejuvenations. Awesome facials, massages, and mani's. I've yet to get a pedi but I'm sure they'll wow me again and again. read more

Did the machine European facial with Morgan, and it was amazing. Morgan was friendly and accommodating. I have sensitive skin and Morgan was gentle with it. The best part was the massage, detoxifying and relaxing. highly recommend Morgan, I heard she does great lashes too! read more
