I had a massage yesterday at 3:30 and woke up today will my entire body sore and bruised. The…read moremassage was so brutal by a young Asian woman who barely spoke English. I have bruises all over my body today. Then she had the nerve to take out my receipt I signed before the message where I drew a line through tip and asked for "TIP, TIP". When I arrived she said "You phone" and during massage she asked "You ok" and I told her she was hurting me. At the end she said "You done". That was the extent of her English. There was nothing relaxing about the entire massage. After 10 minutes I couldn't wait for the time to be up. Her music was not relaxing and I was given a towel to cover up with. She used sugaring technique, which for those who might not be familiar, is very difficult and if done incorrectly can be a not so pleasant experience. However, in my 10 years of waxing I can say this was in my top 3 greatest experiences. Jenna was friendly, welcoming and also extremely skilled in her technique.
