They are courteous and friendly. My most recent massage with Jiang was exceptional. My shoulders and neck were extremely tight and he didn't hesitate to use the most pressure. I am relieved. If ambiance (i.e.-moldy smell) and people bickering at one another isn't your things, turn around and leave. If functionality and muscle stress relief is, then you're finally home. I'm there to release my recurrent pinched nerve, not to fall asleep. The guy in the "puffer" vest is pure bliss. Talk about someone who knows the anatomy of a back. I just came from the massage place. I read the reviews before but I thought I would try it out and I'm glad I did. They were very busy but she was able to get me in for a 30 min foot massage. Very typical chinese massage done well. Very polite and she tries to understand regardless the language barrier. I am going to try for a 60 massage next visit and will update. I've been here several times (9 times) and each time the massage has been pretty good. $30 foot massage is well worth the money. My 2 star review comes because what has transpired in the last 24 hours. I received a gift certificate ($30 cash spent) for my birthday from last year. I had 2 massages in the last year and kept forgetting to bring my gift certificate. Yesterday, I finally brought it and noticed an expiration date. The worker, possibly owner, said they have a new owner and cannot accept the gift card. Sad, but reasonable answer. My friend just bought a gift certificate for my friend today and she also told me that the certificate expires in 6 months. My friend might as well write $30 on an envelope and label it "Relax Foot Massage" and put cash in there. At least we know cash doesn't expire. Again, the massage is well worth the money, but due to the customer service and the feeling of not being cheated, I'll never come back. I already have a second spot that is just as good. read more

If I could give this negative stars I would! This place is absolutely disgusting. It smelled like there was something dead in the back of the business. The massage was too rough even after asking repeatedly to lighten the pressure. At one point in time the guy got on top of me to do my back, and as a female this was a little unsettling. They didn't change out the bed dressing after my massage and I witnessed them get it ready for the next customer (disgusting!). The guy admitted they don't change the bed dressings out "because they don't get dirty". Seriously! Massage oils and sweat don't dirty linens?! To top it all off they gave me a cup of water after my massage with lipstick around the rim!!!!!! Thank goodness I didn't drink out of the cup. I brought the cup to their attention and they accused me of "planting the lipstick there for a free massage". I asked to speak with the owner and after about 20min a lady showed up stating she was their attorney! I was absolutely floored! I will NEVER go back or refer anyone to this location. This business should be avoided at all costs! I will be turning them in to the health department, BBB and anyone else I can because there are just so many issues with this place! This was a strange experience. The massage itself was great. I opted for the Chinese Oil Pressure massage. I was led back to a room and given a towel to cover up with. The woman came in and started the massage. She had to leave the room several times and each time she would leave the door open. Strange since I was laying on the table w/o clothes on. I came here for the first time two years ago, and returned one other time before my massage today. The first time was pretty good; the second time was ok; and today the massage I had was one of my top 5 poor massages I've ever had. I am not sure if there are new owners or just new employees. Everything today felt like they were just going through the motions of a massage. It was as if they were going through the motions of a massage but did not have any technique or worst, there was no effort or intent. I specifically asked for the one hour foot reflexology instead of the combo offered because i wanted to get the service I usually go for at a foot reflexology spa. Terribly disappointed that I've gotten a better massage from a motorized chair. I am usually a happy customer here. But I had such a disappointing experience here today. After my husband signed the receipt with 15% tip, the lady told us that it wasn't enough tip. She got up more than five times during the massage to answer the phone and the door because they were short handed. And to ask for a 20% tip! I said that my husband signed 15% because she got up many times during his massage and she started to show me the other customers receipts telling me that they all left 20% and that massage tip is different than restaurant tip. If you think you aren't getting paid enough, maybe you should raise your prices since it is super reasonable right now rather than forcing your customers to give you a better tip when the service did not warrant it. Love this place! Been here a few times w/ friends. My friend who is a regular introduced me to this place. Friendly service, great massage, and CHEAP! I love how they soak your feet in warm water, then continue massage you. I'm not keen on taking off my clothes, so I like how you keep your clothes on. I usually just wear looser fitting clothes so they can massage my shoulders and back better. In addition, my parents LOVE this place. It was a clean, quiet place. I felt there was somewhat of a language barrier. I asked for a foot massage and saw a pricing board and just assumed it would be a 30 minute one....silly me. That's what I get for assuming. It turned out to be 60 minutes of absolute awesomeness for only $30! Having never gotten a foot massage I, again, assumed it would be my feet. It was my feet, legs, back, head, and arms. After the completion of the massage I realized I when asking for a foot massage, I had asked for "foot reflexology". The massage was a bit uncomfortable on my legs because of the intense pressure. Next time I'll ask for a more gentle touch. I have had several visits to Relax and they always leave me feeling they really care about the service they provide. I see some revies are less than favorable for this place but my experience has always been positive. I have tried a couple of other places in Northwest Oklahoma City and they just don't make me feel like I'm welcome like the staff at Relax Foot Massage. They are Kind, Considerate, and Professional. Deep-tissue massage effectively painful. Foot, scalp, neck, and shoulders feel great. You can't beat the price for what you get. Clean and warm towels. This is the best massage I have ever gotten. Horrible just completely horribly. Now my one star isn't based on the actual massage but on the very end when I went to pay. I knew that it was suppose to be 30 dollars but when I got to the desk the man I'm guessing who runs the store asked for 50 dollars, 50 dollars! I didn't even get the whole 60 minutes that was suppose to cost 30 dollars but 45 minutes. Now I know I could have said something but for the sake of testing them because it was my first time I thought I would keep quiet and give them the money just so I can write this review. Now of course if you go in you can call them out but honestly I don't want to have to worry about haggling get or calling out the person at the front, he is a thief, utterly a lowlife scum that likes to take advantage of people I am very disappointed and will not return to this establishment. And the best part as I was walking away he rudely asked me to tip the waiter after she said something in Chinese that he replied to almost as if telling her to shut up or be quiet.
