The therapist asked what was giving me trouble and worked on my shoulders and upper back the whole time. Pressure was good! firm enough to actually do something without being too much. I felt noticeably less stiff walking out than when I came in. The space is nothing fancy, more functional than anything, but it was clean and the staff were friendly without being over the top about it. Pricing felt reasonable for what I got.

I knew I needed a massage, but hadn't sat down to make an appointment with anyone. This place seems like a foot massage/reflexology place only, but they also offer full body massage with private rooms. The massage therapist who worked on me managed to get to the areas that were the most tense and checked in with me on my comfort level. The only setback to a place like this is they are cash only which isn't the most convenient. I do however appreciate them accepting walk-ins.
