It is normally pretty good massages but I am not a fan of the hitting thing with like the chops, idk what the type of massage is called, but maybe thats just me. If you're looking for a fun date , this is a great place to go. My husband and I often go here instead of going out to eat or to movies. Two of the things we love about it are that normally we can just walk in without an appointment and not have to wait long. The second thing is that the atmosphere is really great, because it's so quiet and they don't talk to you while you're trying to relax and I love the relaxing piano music that is quietly playing. But the best thing about it is that if you're having a stressful day or just need a little bit of relaxation, this place hits it right on the head. Walked by this place shortly after they opened and final went in today. They were full up but the wait was chill and not long. Being the first time in I went with the 30 minute table massage. If it was not good it was not a lot of time or money. Next time I won't hesitate to spend more time or money. The massage was relaxing and deep. There were long and short strokes mixed with stretches. Without even telling them where to focus they got right to the trouble spots and worked them out. It was not like a lot of the massages you get at the chiropractors around town. I feel taller, looser and relaxed. Check out was easy and the atmosphere is calm. Never going here again. Sorry. Each and every time I've been hurt by the masseuses here. I think a foot rub would be fine, but I would never allow this place to touch my back again. I've had about a dozen massages here and have benefited from each one. Some of the masseuses initially used harder pressure than is comfortable for me, but all have "lightened up" when I requested them to. I love the massages but I've noticed that twice they have asked if I'm the one "who called". Since, other than the last time, I have called in, I said yes and ended up getting a two hour massage (I felt like the time went longer than an hour, but never looked up). This last time they said that to me again, three different people, "are you the one who called?". I said nope, just a walk-in. I'm starting wonder if it's their way of overcharging. The atmosphere is good and the place appears clean but my friend and I both wanted chair massages and they insisted on table. The person giving me my massage was so deep that I felt bruised and I could barely lay on my back the next day. I had to tell him several times not to touch my lower back as his technique was much to painful. My friend kept telling her person numerous times to work on her neck and she felt he spent a lot of time on her butt and legs. They get 2 stars (vs 1) because of the atmosphere and offering water when finished. read more
