I wasn't a really big believer in massage therapy but just after two sessions I've regained so much mobility and pain relief. Great myofascial release. Those hands are gentle but they are made of steel. This is the most competent and professional LMT's table I've been on not some amateur massage parlor. If you're an extremely active person and you put your muscles and body under a lot of stress, wether your a runner, lifter, or just a weekend warrior; this is who you need to see. I had the 2 hour massage experience and it was the best massage experience I've ever had...and I've been to pricy resorts etc across the US and Mexico. I have gotten two massages with Alyona Malyk and I cannot recommend her enough. The massage is so unique, I originally saw it online and didn't think Fairbanks had any place that would offer it. I got a Buccal massage and a deep tissue massage. I also got a lymphatic massage where the inside of your mouth is massaged. I hold all my stress in my jaw, shoulders, and neck so the massage brought so much relief to those areas. I clench my jaw also so I instantly felt the tension release.
