I love this place! It's always so clean and the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. I never have to wait very long for service. I have been getting my nails done with Summer for 2 months now and she does an amazing job. I like fun designs with long nails and she never disappoints. I show her a picture and she gets them done looking better than the picture! She sits next to ViVi and she does a really great job too! I called ahead for reservations and I'm so glad I did! They were very busy and we had to wait a few minutes before they saw us so that gave us some time to figure out what colors we were getting. I was afraid that they'd forget me since I came in a few minutes late to my appointment but they got me in! My SIL really enjoyed her pedicure ($25) and my niece had a lovey manicure ($15). I had a gel manicure ($25) and it was all reasonably priced! Bonus is that the technicians got to keep their tips. Do not go to a place where the individuals are not allowed to keep their tips. This place is a challenge, honestly. I've been twice and it's just OK. The first time I made an appointment and got David. All the manicurists begin by handing you the pedicure menu expensive side first and start rattling off suggestions. Don't be fooled. Turn it over and take one of the four choices for $40. With David I got a mani and a pedi and I always bring my own polish. he was fine but zero personality. The next visit I walked in and was taken immediately. I asked for a pedicure and a polish change on my hands. Joy was darling but toward the end she put my heels in a hot wax concoction then slipped my flip flops on before she started polishing my nails. I knew this was a mistake from the get, and I should have stopped her. After the polish she wiped the wax off and when I stood, of course I came right out of my shoes. Ruined a toe she had to redo, then I had to ask her to completely wipe the heel. I was unsteady on my feet from then on. She was sweet but this maneuver made no sense. Probably my biggest complaint is that the salon is not all that clean and not a jar of Barbicide in sight. When Joy moved me to do my fingernails, a little bucket was already sitting at the station with the cuticle thing, clippers and a nail file and they weren't all that shiny. Whether she stealthly snatched them out of Barbicide in a secret back room or not will remain to be seen. Visiting from out of town so this will be my last visit. read more

Disappointed with my pedicure experience this time. I guess it depends on who you have. I had a young man who clearly didn't care about his job. My friend had a middle aged woman do her pedicure and she said it was the best foot & leg massage she's ever had. My pedicurist rubbed the same spot on my foot over and over while looking over his shoulder at the other things going on in the room. He hardly used any pressure and barely touched my legs, other than to smack them a time or two. My cat could've massaged my feet just as good. When he offered me the shoulder massage while my nails dried, I declined, knowing it wouldn't be worth it. He cut my nails too short and didn't paint my nails well. He missed portions along the edges and stayed far far away from my cuticles, giving my brand new pedicure a 2 weeks old look. read more

I went here last night on a whim with no appointment and all I can say is WOW - what an amazing place. This was by far the best pedicure experience I have ever had. My legs and feet felt AMAZING, and so do I. Walking in I was greeted immediately, and blown away by how clean, airy, and pretty the space was. They have an astonishing number of options as far as spa pedicures go (I got the Rose Spa Pedicure), and they are all really reasonably priced. They also have a ton of great polish colors. A really sweet younger woman seated me immediately, and asked about the temperature of the water in the foot bath as it filled - I've never had someone ask that before, and thought it was really considerate. The younger gentleman that was assisting me was really spectacular. He was so kind and humorous, and he could tell I wasn't in a talking mood (I just wanted to relax and read my book) and he was really respectful of that. On top of that, he did a really amazing job, and I felt like he spent a lot of time with me, making sure I had a good experience. They also used a steam machine on my legs, which I've never seen before - super cool - and the hot stone massage on my legs and the neck massage as my toe polish dried felt really wonderful. On top of that(!) they also bring around trays of complimentary snacks and water. How sweet is that?! And the decorative wooden trays they bring the supplies out on are so pretty and they even put the pedicure lotions and creams in beautiful little leaf-shaped bowls in a pretty design on the tray - those little details were so shocking and so welcome. You can tell they put real effort into making it a beautiful experience for people, and everyone I met here was so incredibly kind. Worst pedicure of my life! The experience is supposed to be relaxing and feel like you're pampering yourself. Not this time. The man started filing the sides of my nail beds with a small nail file and it felt like he was cutting them. I tried to bear through it as he must know what he was doing and this part must be over soon. He couldn't actually be cutting them right? Well, he was and they are now sore and have visible cuts and swelling. The torture continued each step of the way! Onto the leg massage, where it felt as though he was trying to press his finger tips through the other side of my leg, which is now also sore and bruised! The hot stone massage is nice when it is actually being moved around, but when he holds it on the bottom of your foot for what seems like forever it starts to really burn! And the steam machine they set next to you during the leg massage, he had aimed directly onto my leg. It was very hot and not pleasant at all; almost felt like it was burning me. Thankfully this part didn't leave visible damage to me. He then applied the polish very thick and set me under the center station to dry. I was then offered a "free neck massage" by a lady to which I declined because I just was done with any more possible torture. Well, the man who did my feet noticed and came over and proceeded to just do it any way! I had to tell him to stop. He was so rough with everything he did!!! After 20 min of drying, I lightly checked my toes and they were still tacky because the polish was so thick. So I sprayed them myself with the can of speed dry they had sitting there. Checked again 5 min later and still not dry. He came over and attempted to put my feet in my sandals anyways and scraped the polish off my toe in the process. So he took my sandal back off and was going to repaint. I made him put my sandal back on first, so I could at least just leave with wet polish when it was redone! I was there almost TWO hours. I have been here before and they did a pretty decent job. This last time it was awful. I think the lady who did my nails was new to acrylic because her application was sloppy and terrible. I've never seen someone struggle so bad to put acrylic on a nail. The shaping was terrible, all of my nails were different lengths, the polish was lumpy and had hairs stuck in them. There was polish all over my hands and she was extremely rough with filing. I had to ask her multiple times to make my nails thinner because the acrylic was so thick and as you can see in the images, they are still thick and lumpy. The images speak for themselves, this was the worst set of a acrylic nails I have ever seen. I was charged $40 for this atrocity. I had to go to another salon to get new nails right after this appointment. If you go here, do not go to Summer for your set. This was a terrible experience. read more

NEVER AGAIN ~ I am giving this a one star because that is the least that it will accept. I stopped in to make a reservation. The guy that was at the first station tries to take my appointment for me while he is doing someone's nails. He verbally, took my appointment, BUT, I had to ask him if he did not want my name for the appointment??? So, he takes my name - he wrote nothing down. Initially, in the back of my mind, I was giving him the benefit of the doubt that he was going to record my appointment when he finished with his customer at the time. But, in the front of my mind I knew that was not going to be the case. My sister-in-law and I go in for our appointment and the SAME guy that I spoke to when I set up the appointment was waiting on us. He told me that we did not have an appointment and that they were busy, so to basically go away. I informed him that "NO" we did have an appointment. I reminded him that he was the one who took it. When I ran the scenario past him of when I made the appointment, he remembered it. We waited for over an hour, but I was ok, because they were waiting on people that were there before us and I do not know what time their appointments were made for. Then he started waiting on people that were there after us. I spoke up and they took my sister-in-law up to get her nails done - she was getting a simple manicure. Then they took someone else that was there after us - I again spoke - to no avail. I had waited long enough and went up and told my sister-in-law that when she was done getting her nails done that we were leaving. So, then they start oh pick out your color, pick out your color. And the guy that took our appointment comes over and oh I am so sorry, so sorry... NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

Fabulous new nail salon! And trust me, I've tried everyone in town! I give them 5 stars. Prompt and attentive, gentle and professional. The SNS french dip I got turned out fantastic. I went and had an acrylic fill by someone who seemed inexperienced and did a subpar job and then two days later my nails were peeling. I felt that the nail polish was old. I decided to go with a friend who I haven't seen since highschool. I wanted a peaceful and fun evening with an old friend after working the entire day. I asked for chrome nails and the employee said he could do the design. After 30 minutes or so of attempting the design on just one finger, he told me he couldn't do it. I understand but asked how the person in the image got their nails done, as I was genuinely interested in the art of the nails. I expected a response answering my question, as I was not intending on being rude at all. If I'm paying for a service, I'd like to ask questions to understand the process and pricing. I was then told "if you want it done better go somewhere else". I was spechless and if you know me, I'm never speechless. I told him to just do gel instead of a chrome design. I love how they turned out, I'm not mad about the nails. However, I got there at 5:30 and left at 7:30. They closed at 6:30 but two females came in for a pedicure around 7 and they took them and provided services. I get up to pay, first off, the pricing is completely off and way higher than I paid for the exact same design months ago. The total was $65, I gave $70. The manager then said "only a $5 tip? Where's the rest"? I explained how rude they were and how they made me feel uncomfortable and like I wasn't worth their time. As someone who spends more than what I earn on my nails, who likes to have a nice and peaceful environment while getting them done, I'm pissed. He continued to shame me for the "low tip" and how I need to tip at least 20% and screamed "DO YOU SEE WHAT TIME IT IS?! WE ARE CLOSED". As if I hadn't made an appt for 5:30. My nails generally take about an hour if that to complete, nail art included. Embarrassed in front of other employees, 2 female customers, and my friend. You are lucky I tipped you anything. I was being talked about the entire time and made to feel as if I'm too complicated and difficult as a paying customer. Being told to "go somewhere else" after being told the service could be provided is rude and disrespectful. I was being kind, understanding, and simply just asking questions as someone who's interested in the industry and finds it all fascinating. I've put up with being treated horribly by you and your employees for years. For some reason I still go back and try to be kind. I give you the benefit of doubt and I actually am very generous with tipping, as someone who understands the impact a tip can make on one's life. I in fact went out to dinner after and tipped my waitress 40%. Double what is expected. I'm not stingy with my money when a service is being provided and done in a respectful manner. But I will be damned if I will be made to feel so small and give you a generous tip. I've been raised to be kind to those who provide a service and to always remain respectful. Please share this around as I'm sure Tommy and his staff have made other vulnerable young girls feel like this. Do not shame me for the tip you get when giving a shitty service. Tipping is NOT required. This is coming from someone who tips very well and doesn't even have the money to tip as much as I do. I never go below 20% for a tip. You are a rude and miserable man. I hope you find peace and practice a more honorable and friendly environment to your customers. We are paying good money for a service. Do better. And you sure won't see me step foot in that establishment again. I'm very disappointed and ashamed of how you've treated me, on numerous occasions. The few minutes turned into me waiting for 40 minutes and I did not get the tech I made an appointment with. In talking with other patrons that waited longer than I did. I've been there a few times and the first couple times I liked it but the last two times I had the worse experience. They go way to fast, I want to go and relax while getting my nails done. I usually get an acrylic set and they keep the tool on your nail so long it gets really really hot. They are super rough too. I wouldn't go back to be honest. I much rather prefer tj nails or sky nails. The picture is of my pointer finger, they kept the machine on to long and burnt me to the point where I was bleeding. First of all I had an appointment for 3 people and made it days in advance. Only 2 people came for the appointment. I waited 15-20 minutes before anyone saw us. That was fine.
