To make matters worse, there wasn't a single sign anywhere stating "cash only." That's completely unfair to customers and left a bad impression. However, when booking from the available slots online they called me to state there wouldn't be enough time to complete the service so I had to move my appointment earlier, no problem. There is plenty of parking here which makes things easier. When I first walked in, the atmosphere felt a little stuffy. It doesn't have your typical salon atmosphere as it is nestled in what appears to be a house. & The customer service wasn't bad, just somewhat indifferent at first. My stylist also came off a bit reserved initially, and I wasn't sure we were clicking, but after talking for a while things became a bit more comfortable. I didn't leave with the exact haircut I originally asked for, but honestly, I do really like how it turned out. My stylist had over 10 years of experience and it definitely showed in the quality of the cut and her technique of hand painted highlights. Overall, while the experience started a little awkwardly, but I left happy with my hair and may consider coming back in the future.
