With summer coming, I knew I had a problem on my hands because the stench would be strong unless I got my car thoroughly cleaned. But, thankfully, I knew Marcus was the perfect person to help me! I was not disappointed by the results--a thoroughly clean car that looked as clean as a brand new car and smelled clean, too. We've had some warmer days, but I have yet to get a whiff of anything bad. I only asked for the inside of my car to be cleaned, but Marcus and his crew even cleaned my headlights and the outside of my car. Jim said it could also be Wells Fargo employees, which I highly doubt, but I am accommodating him by switching the credit card carrier on file. So this is another unused card, new carrier...and we will see what happens. This should help him have a direction when it happens again.
