After 10 minutes, the dog calms down and her phone call ends. I talk with her for 20 minutes explaining my needs and whatnot. She gave me some brochures and pamphlets on the systems i was interested in but couldn't give me any pricing. I gave her all my info to have jason call me when convenient and now its been 3 weeks and I haven't heard a single peep from this lousy company. AVOID. Extremely unprofessional. They may have been in business for a long time but they lost my business. I since went with a different contractor who responded to my request and did the work this past week.

Not a good experience with the general manager, I went in to have my son's phone fixed, I had been…read moreon the phone with Verizon, and they had authorized an exchange which were in the notes that the manager could read. He stated there was no way Verizon was issuing a new phone for my son's broken one. The phone wasn't cracked, or damaged in anyway, it just would not work. I asked if they had the number to Verizon in Bay City, he said no even though I knew this wasn't true because two years earlier I ordered my phone, and he called the Bay City Store and had my new phone shipped in. They're not there for customer satisfaction but to pad the wallets, don't go there unless you want to be ripped off as I did in August 2024 when they put two additional lines on my account without my authorization and charged me 113. for one line and 118 for another and get this they never issued phones for those two lines. When your disabled, retired and on a fixed income and they add $231 to your phone bill, then things get really personal-fast. Best things where Verizon headquarters gave me $40 to drive to Bay City to get the problem resolved by "Professionals" and to avoid dealing with this outlet, they are not a Verizon Store, they are a Verizon Affiliate. If you go and enter into any business dealings, you are doing so at your own risk.
