Something that could improve the service is offering a longer tutorial on how to use the equipment that people could choose to pay for if they needed. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the equipment is well-maintained, clean and in great shape. I rented some heavy duty garden equipment to rip up my yard and start from scratch. While I was dropping off and paying for my rental, a guy walked in off the street and asked if he could rent a hand tool for some plumbing work he was doing, he brought his pipe with him and asked if they had a walk-in rate. The guy at the counter handed him the tool, he did his thing right there in the front of the store and handed it back. He charged him a tiny fraction of the hourly rental rate. I highly recommend these guys. Not sure about the other locations but the place on Venables is top notch.
