They replaced our entire roof following a leak from our skylight. They advised us we didn't need a…read morenew one and built a new frame around the existing skylight. Not a year after this service we woke up to water dripping from a different spot around the skylight onto our upstairs carpet. Doucette took no responsibility and advised the corners of the skylight weren't sealed. We asked why this would be considering they advised us it didn't need replacing. Their response was "heavy snow". They didn't show up when scheduled to install the new skylight (full price and no offer to compensate for the additional damage caused by their "workmanship"). 5 days later, they showed up (no contact to explain why they were 5 days late). When we addressed our concerns, we were given our invoice without any further acknowledgment. I DO NOT recommend!
