I was sent to an interview. The lady I was supposed to interview with was busy. I totally understand busy but to not say anything for more than 10-20 mins is poor customer service. Plus I was there early. Then during the interview the lady couldn't read my resume correctly. I was told it was more a medical assistant position. It's not it's for phones. Then they need proof that I worked at a certain company. Reliable stated it was too expensive to verify so they asked for my last check stub. Of course I provided it. Then I hear nothing at all. This company should be called UNRELIABLE STAFFING. MICHAEL let our client down as he was not attentive, very slow and unprofessional. He sent us a contract for 2 Party Helpers, our client signed it, we specified the address of the event many times and one day before the party MICHAEL informed me that they can no provide a service at the address we provided as it is a private house. I mentioned that I provided the address right away, he never asked me if it was a private residence and sent me a contract and told me about the rule at the very last minute. At first i would've said yes 5 stars i would recommend this specific location but after today i do not. The front desk man Jesse is extremely unprofessional every time i would call and ask a question he was always really rude and gave the most attitude for no reason. Today after working with them im almost 5 months into my job he barged in demanding a check for "her" he said (pointing at myself). For one he said he had been calling my place of work to collect the payment but has not gotten an answer but that is a lie as we always answer the phones and our answering service sends us a fax for whoever leaves a message. He could have easily emailed my manager as he had been once week as she had to sign off on my time sheets and email then to him directly but an email was never sent to her. This person is the worst i do not recommend getting involved with this staffing place. Worst experience of my life not even my old toxic job site was this unprofessional. read more

I called because we are relocating back to San Antonio, and I want to work with a staffing agency to hopefully get a job by the time we are there. The lady answered and without even getting the info on what I'm looking for or why I was calling, just said, I will take your info down and put it in the computer and a recruiter can call you. I said I just had some questions at the moment and I didn't even get to ask She said where are you relocating to? I repeated for a third time to Texas. She said again she'd just take my info and it might be a while before a recruiter reached out to me. This is ridiculous because any other staffing agency has automatically reached out and the person answering the phone usually takes the time to find out what you are looking for and have some background. This agency is unprofessional. I reached out to call all the other offices that would be closer to where we will be living, to include the corporate office, and each time, Brenda answered. I've worked with staffing agencies each time we've relocated, and all I can say is this lady is a bad front line representation of a possibly great company, and is driving business away. Save your time, and look at the other staffing agencies who seem more motivated, professional, and want to do their job. read more

I never had an interview or instructions or anything. They sent me to do an orientation at a place i didnt even work at. My first day on the job i had no idea what i was doing or what i was getting paid. The company Sky Chefs that i ended up working for has racist and unorganized management that wouldnt call me by name but instead refered to me as the spanish word for "whitey" and they lied to my face about hiring. It's been 4 weeks since I've been dealing with this and within those 4 weeks I have dealt with 4-5 different people working in that office. I understand things don't work out but on my life there is something fishy going on in that office. Beware of this place! In 2011 I received a call from one of the recruiters offering me a work from home position. All I had to do was have a computer and phone. Which of course I do. After accepting the job I was told I would get a call back about the location of the job and the details of the position. But I was told it was a work from home job. Well I never received that call back. The next day I called them to see what was up. I was told that position had been given away to someone else. Why the F would someone call you offering you a job, tell you they are going to call you back but don't, then when you call them you find out the job has been given away?!?! So these idiots looked me up on FB and sent me a friend request. Lol I declined and sent them a nasty message. Screw this place! read more

They only seemed to have 2 clients, both $8.00 an hour, a factory job that was very hard labor, and a warehouse client. They say that there are all kinds of office jobs, engineering, etc. Not true. They also charge applicants high fees for the drug and background test, no other staffing company is that harsh, and especially for a low wage grunt job. The owner is quite greedy. You can easily do better elsewhere. read more

Do not work for this temp agency! I went to the Cupples location. Worked a whole week on a job they sent me too. Then when it was time to pay me, they claim to have lost my time sheet. I am reporting this company to the BBB and the Texas Workforce Commission. read more
