Zara is super friendly, and more importantly, she is very knowledgeable about taxes. She always…read moregets me the biggest refunds. I've been going to her to get my city, state and federal taxes done every year for at least 4 years now. She really is good at her job. No matter how complex she can do it, and by the end of your one hour meeting with her, all of your tax returns have been electronically sent. And her prices are very fair. Her employees are also very knowledgeable about taxes and can get the job done just as well in case you can't get in to see Zara herself. She is sometimes booked for weeks, especially just before April 15th. If your taxes are not too complex, you can simply drop off all of your paperwork along with a completed questionnaire, and they can have all of your taxes completed within a week or so depending on time of year. I usually apply for an extension, and then schedule a meeting with Zara sometime after April 15th.
