I thought I'd be fine with the lifetime warranty on their sofas. It turns out that there is a lifetime warranty on parts but you still pay for the service. The service charge is equal to the delivery charge which if me is like $250 being in Massachusetts. The store was happy to take my money during the sale but now they won't service me. I asked for some consideration from them and they gave me none. The more local lazboy dealer won't service me since they didn't sell the sofa. I'm stuck with an expensive piece of furniture that's not living up to expectations. Never again.

The store was remarkable in the sense it is smaller yet almost every office set up you might want seems to be on display. We quickly settled on an L shaped configuration ac matching cabinet and well beneath our "guess" at the price. Two things that stand out. We paid for delivery and set up. It arrived on time and could not have asked for more professional a gentleman doing the installation. I had a minor defect ( from manufacturer-they would not have known) on the cabinet. Hard to see unless you are looking specifically for it. I texted Jake at the store, sent a picture and within minutes I had a response saying the part was on its way-that simple. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had at a Staples, and unbelievably it…read morecame from the manager, Roy. My girlfriend had been waiting on me in her bathroom and I had been in the restroom for a while dealing with my bowel movement issues -- something no customer should have to justify. When we came out, Roy immediately approached us in a hostile, confrontational manner and snapped, "What do y'all need?" When I questioned why he was being so rude, his explanation was that "homeless people come and steal." So what does that mean? Was he implying we were homeless? Accusing us of stealing? Either way, it was completely inappropriate and insulting. A manager should know how to handle customers with basic respect, not make assumptions or treat people with hostility. Roys attitude was unacceptable, unprofessional, and honestly embarrassing for someone in a leadership position. This is genuinely one of the first times I've ever been treated like this by a manager in any store. The lack of professionalism and the assumptions he made were unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate next, because behavior like this should not be tolerated -- especially from someone in a leadership position.

We…read morehaven't had any problems recently, but I'm hopeful we might get the support we thought we were signing on for. ---- (8/17 - 2 star) I'm a little over a year into a 5 year lease on a photocopier with SBM. Our internet works just fine, yet we've had a slew of issues maintaining our scan to email function, which is a huge reason we made a choice to lease an advanced machine. SBM staff are friendly enough, especially their technician Steve, but they've recently started asserting that it's somehow our fault that the scan function keeps breaking, then attempting to bill additional fees to fix it. Again, our internet works just fine, as do our email servers - this is something to do with their hardware/software/set-up. If I'd known that scanning on this machine/with SBM was unreliable (their tech has been here at least 4 times in 14 months), and that I would be billed beyond the $140+ we pay each month in our lease/service contract to ensure we could both copy and scan when one or the other goes down, I would have selected a different vendor. Based on my experience, my recommendation is to find a different provider.

Due to a bit of confusion during this holiday season, an incorrect toner cartridge was purchased by…read morea family member, opened and installed in the printer, rendering it, apparently, unfit for return to Walmart. I have not used refilled cartridges before, but thought I would give it a try. The person behind the counter at Cartridge World was patient and friendly with the customer in front of me, who seemed a bit confused with technology and the need for the original debit card to process a return. Watching their interaction alleviated the wait. When it was my turn, I explained the purpose of my visit, and was pleasantly surprised to learn that there was a bonus cartridge given to new customers. So, in addition to the yellow ink, I received a black cartridge, too! Don't know how the ink will perform, but the customer service was great.
