I submitted a bid on a website concerning the need to clean out my gutters since weeds started growing in them. Dave with Reliable Wash & Sanitize contacted me to assess the issue and to offer an estimate of his services. The estimate was significantly lower than others which should have been a red flag. Dave advised me he would show up and pull the weeds out of the gutters as well as pressure wash the house, the porch, and driveway. He did show up as expected and pressure washed the house to which I was pleased with but as I previously addressed with him, my main concern was the gutters. Dave advises me he needed better equipment to clean them out but they were too full plus he did not own such equipment; however, he advised he would see what he could do and would come back on a certain date. That day came and went. I reached out to him concerning the date and he gave me another date. He also did not show up on that date. I reached out to him again to which he provided another date and actually showed up only to leave less than an hour later without notifying myself or my husband. I texted him wondering why he left to which he replied he could not do the service so I should contact another service provider. He later sent me an invoice for 350.00.
