They care about these families and go above and beyond when providing therapy. Everyone works so well together and supports each other, it's a very loving, accepting, and encouraging environment. All the children I saw in my 2 weeks at this center were happy to be there, they wanted to "play" with their therapists and you could tell this was more than a job or a work relationship between them. The accounting in this company is so terrible. We gave a…read morecredit card number to the Speech Emporium and asked them to charge us $50 / session for the difference of the insurance coverage and the cost of a session. We got a letter from the Speech Emporium claiming that they mailed me a statement in July and spoke with me on September. I have never received such a statement and spoken with the Speech Emporium. I reviewed my credit card statements and found out that I have paid $1,800.00 from Jan to May. There is no way we owe Speech Emporium for $500.00 On the letter, the Speech Emporium threaten to report the unpaid bill to the collection if I don't pay by Nov 11th. This is a medical scam!
