However, during the visit, I was told that I could not be covered for an annual exam without coming in person. Since I live in Dallas and cannot travel to Houston, there was no point in continuing the appointment. What felt difficult for me was that instead of having my questions addressed, the conversation shifted immediately to payment. That left me feeling like money was prioritized over my care. I believe patients would feel more supported if their concerns were listened to first and billing discussed with more empathy. I have always paid for my visits and would never intend otherwise, but based on this experience, I don't think I will be continuing care with this provider. I hope this feedback helps improve the patient experience for others in the future.

They tore down the old building and raised the lot due to floods but the original parking lots remain. Anyway, the building inside is beautiful, clean and very high tech. Check in was easy at the kiosk. They have plenty of seating on the 5th floor and even a coffee bar. They send you a text to meet your medical assistant at the door. They still come out and call your name. The rooms were nice and fancy with computerized signs outside the door. Very nice complex.

They had me wait for 10 minutes and then called back to be put in the hallway. Drew labs and started an IV. They proceeded to take me back to the waiting room with an IV, no call bell. Still very short of breath. After 20 minutes I saw a nurse and told her I wanted to go back to the hallway because I was so short of breath. Asked her who my nurse was and she stated we all are. They dont have phleboomist so they have aids draw your blood! She kept poking me, reached for something and let go of my needle insertion so blood splattered all over the floor. At this point I was in tears. My lab values were extremely abnormal and they did place me in a room after 4 hours. I was admitted. I will never step foot in that emergency room again.

Fast forward to now I have been told by his ABA center she hasn't seen him in months. I found that odd being that her office and the clinic are in the same Parking lot. I never received a call or an email about any of my son's progress, behaviors or lack there of. I made the mistake of trusting the a service was happening. I made several emails no answers, called left a voicemail no cal back. Finally I sent my last email to let her know I will no longer need service and we found someone else. She surprisingly emailed me back that day to let me know she received the email and understood why we were moving forward. I had very high hopes for the service that my son was receiving, but it wasn't at all what I thought. As a parent to a non verbal child, speech services are crucial! Overall disappointed with services and level of professionalism. Would never recommend 0/10

I personally wouldn't recommend the office just based on what I went through today. if you like being given the runaround and sent back and forth between locations, this is the place for you.

We came here today and waited for 30 minutes in the waiting room with a scheduled appointment. When I asked the person who was working at the window in the front how long it would be, the response was that they couldn't give an estimate on the time. There wasn't even an effort to go and check. We left without seeing the doctor and we will probably not come back here.

Whenever I needed a school form, they handled it quickly with no back-and-forth. What truly makes this office stand out is Dr. Gandre. She has been my son's pediatrician since he was a newborn, and I couldn't ask for a better doctor. She is knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly friendly. Most importantly, she makes my son feel comfortable and never afraid of his visits. I highly recommend this office!
