He told me what type of aerial I needed for the area O was in and gave me a very reasonable, actually the cheapest, quote. When they arrived they checked the reception levels to be sure the aerial they recommended would actually do the job. It was fine and they had it fitted and working quickly. They retuned my television to get the best from it too.

Their selection of products there is not as extensive as their bigger competitors, but that's to be understood really and they make up for this by offering customers a friendly, personal service without a hint of upselling at any point. Despite their size, they do sell a range of different electrical goods even if the selection of each isn't particularly large, meaning if you're not looking for a specific model then it might be worth heading here instead of the bigger companies. Their prices are pretty reasonable too, meaning they can more than compete with their competitors, price-wise at least. All in all, Southport Hi-Fi is a decent place to go for electrical goods and equipment, but just don't expect a wealth of choice like you would in Curry's or Comet.

Both times they have got the PC back up and running and managed to salvage most of her stuff. (yes that is a technical word) My mum has used them and they even came out to the house to see if they could track down the problem without having to replace her modem. The shop only looks basic, but they don't charge fancy prices. Great service and I would recommend them. There is pay and dispaly parking outside the door, a bonus when you are carrying towers about.

I thought this was brilliant! The man went through everything with me. He explained how everything worked and now i have one less Christmas present to worry about! This shop is full of all the latest mobile handsets and there is a phone here for everybody's price range. I'm so glad got my internet contract form here because i know that if i have any problems they will help me sort them out wothout complaining!

I…read morecome here every 12 months to renew my contract and i often change my phone a few times a year and again i always come here first. The staff always go the extra mile for you. This one time i bought a phone and couldn't get my picture messages to work. I took it into the store and the staff were having problems as well with the settings on it so they actually rung the o2 call centre for me in store and stayed on the phone for an hour whilst they sorted out the issue on my phone! I thought this was really good of them they really did go the extra mile for me! Also they always have free mints on the counter which i like to nibble on! :) They do really good phone accesories as well like little tiny dangly lip glosses! Great store! I wouldn't change my network for anything!

The staff were very helpful, making sure I received a replacement in the shortest possible time. They have a lot of stock on show, but most things seem to need ordering in (large items anyway). Delivery to the home is actually quicker than delivery to the shop for collection. The staff seem relatively knowledgeable on most items, and will ask their colleagues if they need to.
