After trying to contact JPC several times resorted calling another repair service. they came to my site and had it up and running within an hour, restored all my files. Thank them for that! When John had my computer he installed Windows 11 without permission which may be causing issues with copier, still workng on that. Cannot recommend JPC which is a disappointment since have known and worked with them for so long. Stuart
