They didn't have availability and when I asked about pricing I was told it would be double the cost of what I was told over the phone. They said they could fit me in the schedule but it would take a week instead of 3 days. I dropped the car off on Monday and ended up getting a call on Wednesday saying my car was ready so I went to go pick it up. It looked good until a week later when I noticed spotting(?) The issue was a cooling fan seemed like it was failing. They got me a quote put together and I picked up the computer the following day so I could get everything backed up. The plan was that I would pay for the part, they'd order it, and they'd replace it when it arrived. Until then I could lightly use the computer. My company's IT is handled out of a corporate office on the east coast. As such, then dealing with hardware issues usually isn't feasible. But with a slow turn around on ordering the new fan, they thought they could get me a computer in half the time. So, I picked it up and didn't order the part. I told them what was going on and offered to pay for the diagnostics which was declined. I get it back to the office and it's fine. No more kazoo noises, at least for now. So, they fixed my computer and refused money for doing so. The next time we have a computer hardware issue, I'll be suggesting T.S. USA Computer Repair.
