Our technician was Junior, he was amazing. Everything was removed, scrubbed, vacuumed and polished. The leather seats, the dash and console were cleaned and a protective coating was applied. The car was washed and then wax. The car looked like it just came from the showroom floor. I would highly recommend Upstate Auto Detailing. It was without a doubt the grossest thing I've ever had a dog do and I have had dogs all my life. I really couldn't imagine how it could be cleaned. I contacted Upstate Auto Detailing and Tucker agreed, for some reason, to take it on. He couldn't have been nicer, friendlier, or more professional. Because of the, um, "scope" of the problem I left it with him for 2 days (1 extra day to fully extinguish the odor) and just got home with a renewed car.
