If you frequently get car washes, you sign pre-buy a card of 4 or more washes for a 25% discount but you can also get a 4 for $36 ticket at the car wash itself. They take credit cards and the self-service kiosk was straightforward. That's about it though. There isn't a staging area before you go in or after you leave. No trashcans, no vacuum, and no workers. Car came out decently covered and total time through was less than 5 minutes. There are 3 bays total.

I first drove through the car wash then parked it so they could give the interior a good clean up. I watched from the customer waiting area and I saw a small team of guys do a wipe down and vacuum. Within 15 minutes or so they were done. The rubber mats throughout were cleaned and everything was vacuumed and wiped down and the car smelled fresh. I am one happy customer! The entrance and exit are collisions waiting to happen. The vacuum area is stuck in a tight spot behind the car wash, and cars entering the car wash have no clear way past the cars in the vacuum area. The funnel system into the car wash itself is the worst - there is no way to sort out which car from the two entrance lanes should go first. Why have two entrance lanes for one car wash lane? It is annoying and dangerous every time. I have seen cars get into fender venders in the car wash itself, which should be impossible. They try to cram cars through so fast they cause accidents. And, of course, they blame the customers. There are other car washes nearby. Use one of them. Avoid this place.

2 bad experiences in 3 total visits and I'm done with this clown shop. For something as simple as a…read morevehicle inspection they sure know how to demonstrate that they don't value a customer's time, money, or property. First visit they broke and lost a bunch of clips under the hood that hold the engine plastics in place. They only replaced the clips because I caught it and checked before I left. The second visit I was there for an inspection and they failed it for tint (legal tint btw 30%) that they passed the previous year with no problem. Apparently as soon as these idiots find 1 reason to fail your vehicle they STOP the inspection completely and you waste your time by expecting you to do multiple trips by addressing the problems they find. What kind of shop does that? Then the service advisor lied to me by saying they would put the inspection sticker on that day if I removed the tint in the parking lot because it passed otherwise. What actually happened is that same advisor hid in the back after making me pay for the inspection while the other dummy advisor said the car has to go through a complete re-inspection to pass so I'd have to come back again. I suggest you think twice about coming to this neanderthal filled shop and seek service elsewhere. There's a lot of good and honest shops that won't waste your time like these guys.
