The entrance and exit are collisions waiting to happen. The vacuum area is stuck in a tight spot behind the car wash, and cars entering the car wash have no clear way past the cars in the vacuum area. The funnel system into the car wash itself is the worst - there is no way to sort out which car from the two entrance lanes should go first. Why have two entrance lanes for one car wash lane? It is annoying and dangerous every time. I have seen cars get into fender venders in the car wash itself, which should be impossible. They try to cram cars through so fast they cause accidents. And, of course, they blame the customers. There are other car washes nearby. Use one of them. Avoid this place.

They blamed ME for it and couldn't have cared any less. Loyalty means nothing to this chain. Could've fixed the damage they caused for $1,000. Instead they told me to pay for it myself and get lost.
