I…read morerented 2 times in my life, no late payments, perfect credit score and on top of my financee 13k housing fund from school and they still deny you. You apply, put all information into website and they still ask for your past leasing information even though it's in the application. Best of all, is that if you don't apply quickly they will threaten your application to remove it entirely. Student? No thank you. My financee sends all the paper work to show they have housing funds to pay for it and they don't want you. That wasn't even the worst thing. We toured this property in early January and asked to see an apartment. Lady was rude, we asked to see a 1 bed, 1 bathroom apartments available to see, given a flat no, none were available, but then we told her if she had 2 bedroom to see and she said yes and that's it, we had to ask if we can see it. She obviously didn't want to step outside in the cold and do her job. Instead of saying "Sorry we don't have any 1 bedrooms available but we have a 2 bedroom unit if you'd like to see it". You have to grind your teeth in order to get information from them. Management needs to be fixed, maybe hire people with actual customer service experience.

The audacity of such evil people should be told. They are also doing the same thing to two other passed tenants. Community is nice but they will destroy your credit, and leave you homeless. They force you to pay $110 for Frontier internet, while in reality Frontier charges less than $50/mo. They charge $10 for outdoor parking.
