Honestly all of those other contracts that I was offered did offer more money, however the amount of money they offer is not worth the paper they write it on if the contract does not close. This man is not a manager. The incident today was the last straw. Not only is the faker rarely ever here when he is supposed to be but he does nothing and is verbally insulting, aggressive, and abusive. He refused to allow me to speak and explain the situation! I attempted to tell him about a broken down fence issue today and he started yelling at me and calling me a liar. I live next to the eyesore fence that has been in need of repair for years and tried to explain that. Our community pays CMG out the nose for nothing! Nothing here is maintained properly or repaired. They mow the lawn and blow dirt all over the cars...not much else. I was robbed during termite tenting a couple of years ago. That time he prevented me from being reimbursed for my loss. He told me I was never going to get one red cent from anyone. Not the management company or condo association. It was the onsite maintenance people that executed the theft. (NEVER GIVE UP YOUR KEYS!) They do nothing at all to improve the place and this guy has zero business dealing with the public. I left messages at his employer to call me regarding him and they fail to return messages. Go figure. Residents living under COA's / HOA's are not supposed to be terrorized by management companies but they are. That said, condo associations that hire them without checking out their reputation are just as useless. Another time, he lost one of my condo fee checks. I had to put stop payment, re-issue a new one, etc. After that little incident, they decided not to accept our payments in the office. CMG does nothing of value in my community. They take our money and abuse us.

He backed away and sarcastically asked if that was sufficient. This is not my survey. I'm a neighbor being inconvenienced by this. This is the second time this company has been out to do this survey. Both times they have been on everyone's yard except the actual yard requiring the survey. And when I say everyone's yard, I mean digging in the yards looking for old surveyor pins. This survey is for a pool but we have dug in at least five neighbor yards. What? They also parked their van right smack in front of the driveway of a neighbor and left it there as another construction company had to work around the van. More inconvenience to another neighbor. His intrusions into yet another neighbor's yard keeps triggering their security system. What has happened to civility and treating people with respect?
