I returned to find almost every seam ripped out. The back through the train ripped open, the hems shredded, the liner totally separated from the gown. I was speechless. The woman kept repeating "it's just too old". (It's from the 60s) As a *professional* cleaner I would assume you know how to handle that. She told me that they got the stains out, they didn't. She then asked me if I "still wanted it." I understand accidents happen but the callous attitude on top of it is inexcusable.
