My daughter goes to college in the area and recently accidentally forgot to remove a lipstick from her pocket and it went through both the washer and dryer in her dorm. She was beside herself and did everything we could think of to fix her favorite clothes to no avail. Enter the wonderfully team The Wash Factory. They picked up all her stained clothes, got all the stains out and delivered it all back to her in just a few days. And the price was very reasonable. they had three different size machines at three different prices and they cheap. They have more washers than dryers. I they need to update only do they need new floor encounters. They need to put an air I had to go and stand in the rain because I thought I was gonna pass out from the heat in there. I will say that they're washing excellent job. read more

We're currently staying in an extended stay hotel while our new home is finished. With our closing date repeatedly pushed back, we finally ran out of clean clothes. We dropped off a ton of dirty clothes at The Wash Factory and had them back the next day, clean and folded perfectly. Couldn't recommend this place more. read more

Mr. Butler and his team are top notch. While my mother was in rehab (after a hospitalization), he would stop by the rehab to pick up her laundry. He would return it clean and neatly folded. And, as a bonus he's a joy to talk to on the phone. Professional, friendly, and customer service oriented. Bravo! read more

Oh my God, if only I'd known about the Wash Factory sooner! Recently, our 10 year old washing machine broke and we scheduled a repairman. It took more than 2 weeks to diagnose the problem and order the parts, only to find out we'd need to purchase a new machine. Imagine almost 3 weeks of dirty laundry. I contacted Mr. Butler and within 6 hours, my laundry was washed, folded and returned to me. By the way, this was all done at a price that was very, very reasonable. This is a family run business, with impeccable customer service skills. Nothing is too much trouble. I can promise that, although I'll have a new washer within a few days, I'll be visiting The Wash Factory again, especially for my blankets and comforters. I couldn't be happier with my experience and cannot recommend this place enough. Well Done! read more

Nice and clean facility. A couple détractions that prevent me from giving five stars. 1- No WiFi available. 2-You need cash, so if you're used to dealing with credit cards at the laundry, you are SOL. Luckily I was able to scrape enough quarters together in my car. 3-No guidance on the timing of the cycles, so if you want to grab a burger or just run to the store, you have no idea of the time left in the cycle. I tried wash factory for the first time for their wash and fold service. I have to say that I am a laundry snob and I am super impressed. I LOVE the way they fold laundry. This is by far the best and cleanest laundry mat in the West Chester area. There are brand new flat screen TVs, a lounge area with leather chairs, a bar area with high top chairs and a play table for children as well... What a great idea! The manager is very nice and friendly and very helpful. Coming soon there will be even a drop off and delivery dry cleaning services. Check this place out and tell your friends! I'd rather do my laundry here all at once than doing multiple laundry loads at my house! read more

This is the nicest laundry mat I have ever been to! They have industrial size washers and dryers which I was looking for to wash a large comforter. They have change machines, ATM, laundry supplies, and cute signs on the walls. This was a really relaxed spot too, I didn't mind waiting for my laundry because it was quiet and had some really kind folks offering pleasant convos also waiting/doing laundry. There's also a small play area with some comfy lounging chairs. read more

I have lived all over the country and have never had an experience at a laundry business remotely as great as the ones I continuously have here. Kurt and his wife offer the most exceptional service with an incredibly warm and personal touch. My clothes come out perfect every time from the drop off service. Have to give another shout out to The Wash Factory Laundromat... I was late in dropping off my laundry this week so I told the owner not to worry about getting it back to us until next week. I'd give it zero stars if I could. The machine took my money and didn't refund it, I called the number taped to the service window and they said they'd be there at 2 pm to refund my money, which was 90 minutes from when I called. No problem with that. 2:30 pm. I call again, and the man who answered the phone said he'd be there in 15-20 minutes. I asked him if he was going to be later than that, because I was already late to a family event. 20 minutes later a woman approaches me and asks if I'm the one who was waiting for a refund. I said yes. I told her that I was waiting since two and she replied with "oh my god, he was making deliveries, he said he would call you at 2." I told her that he told me he'd be there at 2, I had no information that he was making deliveries." She told me that she was standing right next to him when he said it. Standing next to him when he's out making deliveries? How does that work? Listen, all it takes to be a good business is to be honest and to treat clients like you want to be treated. Her lying, then being passive-aggressive ... that's usually not the type of behavior you'd expect from a grown adult. read more

I consider myself a connoisseur of doing laundry. Yes I actually love doing laundry! After 35 years of doing laundry, I will have to give up my status as laundry queen! Wash factory is the new KING in town. We are staying in an extended suites hotel until our apartment is ready, so I took two weeks worth of laundry to Wash factory. The owner, Kurt Butler, is extremely professional and a hands on owner. He walked me through the process with such patience. It was so easy! Drop your laundry off, fill out card with any special requests, put your bag inside one of their bags and drop in shoot! I just picked up my 23 pounds of laundry, at least three large washer's worth, for $1.00 per pound But the best part was, shirts were not only laundered but pressed on hangers as well as jeans. All the rest was folded perfectly, better than I could do, even my dogs little sweater that got mixed up in the wash lol. Folded and put in perfect size rectangular package, which kept everything in place until I got home. I think I will never do laundry again, Kurt is much better at it. Clothes are clean, not overly scented, soft and no lint!!! Lol He will pick up and deliver, but it's on my way to work so I don't mind picking it up. Plus it's nice talking to Kurt he is very warm and friendly! read more

After moving to the area, I looked for a laundromat that would allow me to wash all the towels and comforters that had been in storage for 4 months. I found the Wash Factory on Google, with positive reviews. I couldn't believe how clean the facility was at 7 o'clock at night. I first noticed that Lifesaver mints that were left by the service window and that all of the washers, dryers, and tables were spotless, in great condition, and smelled fresh. I noticed a woman and man come in and start to empty the machines and asked if one of them was the manager because I wanted to share my feedback. It was the owners. They were kind and humble and talked about how important having a clean facility was to them. Although I have a washer and dryer at home, I will always go back there for my bigger jobs. They also do dry cleaning with delivery. That's next on my list with them. I highly recommend The Wash Factory! read more

The Wash Factory is a great local business. The equipment is well maintained and smartly laid out. The building is clean, bright and inviting. There is a clean restroom in case you are there awhile and there is also a friendly lounge area which is family friendly. Kurt, the owner, is typically buzzing around and he is kind and professional. He clearly cares a great deal about customer satisfaction. We went to The Wash Factory several times over the course of a month when our washing machine was on the fritz. I will go back for my dry cleaning needs. read more
