Well, I finally got to see the inside and let me tell you. First of all, from my location the entrance can me tricky. You have to loop all the way around then make a right into the parking lot. There looks like another entrance but, you can't cut across because, you will be going against traffic and there's a cop that always sitting and watching at the Goodwill Parking Lot. This office is as nice as I thought it was. I was greeted right away by a girl named Cam. I think. She was very informative, helpful and understanding. She said, they have free popcorn on Fridays for Customers. The l Lobby is more like a modern Living room. The walls are painted Red. The Receptionist Desk is a bright White brick along with the wall behind it. They also have a mini fridge for their Employees. Restrooms are clean and decorated modern. I was not able to get what I needed accomplished but, maybe I'll get taken care of today because, like a good neighbor State Farm is there. Lol.

His staff is constantly finding ways to maximize my coverage and save us money. Just yesterday I got an E-mail, out of the blue, reminding me of savings available if I have passive security measures on our vehicles. This wasn't a mass mailing, either. It was a direct, personal E-mail dealing specifically with our coverage. These folks are patient and they care about their customers. I couldn't be happier. Well, they could send me a cake. That would make me a little happier. But other than that...

Over a 5 month period, I emailed and spoke with the agent several times and he said that he was still checking into it. I finally decided to change agents since nothing was getting done. After going with a new agent, Frankie Robbins, I called their office and asked them if they could find out why my rate had been raised. Their office said they would look into it and call me back. Within 15 minutes, their office called me back and said that the vehicle in question was not receiving the multi-car discount and homeowners discount which was what was making the rate higher. HELLO???!!! Why did it take over 5 months for the other office, Jerry Britow's, to not see this and take it off. PURE LAZINESS!!! Would love to have the overpayments back!!!!
