So, we really don't have good photos of our guests. We really struggled to find 50 good photos for the album that we paid for. Once we begrudgingly figured that out, it took a really long time for her to produce the album. When she did, there was a major typo right on the front title page. When I asked her what intended to do about this, she simply emailed me the contract saying that fixing typos was our responsibility. After emailing her again, she said she would fix it, but for another $300. Terrible.
