The apartments look nice and have decent space. I like that they have all these amenities. They told us the pool was heated but everytime we've gone it's not. It is a bit pricey for having outdated appliances. The microwave is cracked/broken but fixed with glue. Make sure you do a thorough inspection before moving in, ours was just visibly clean. The laundry doors were disgusting from the inside and the bottom of the kitchen cabinets were also pretty dirty. We also found a previous tenants leftover clothes in a box. On top of that on the lease it says they charge for EACH of those "cleanings" -.- ! They have an ice machine in the freezer but was told by maintenance it doesn't filter the water that comes out after we requested a filter change. And if you need work orders done that'll take up to 2 months if not more so don't hold your breathe on that. Every time we say something it's always that they're backed up over 100 orders that they'll get to us when they get us. Also make sure you guys look at all their fees, that was my mistake. IAM NOW BEING EVICTED AFTER PAYING RENT FOR SUPPOSED "threats & intimidation" due to the inhabitable conditions of the place I was supposed to call home loll. From mold to rats, guns, sheriff officers here damn there everyday for things going on in the property, cars being broken into, cars driving into the wall trash cans gone for 48 hours valet trash not showing up on time. Closet door falling in my daughter despite previous maintenance work orders were done but never completed they always had to "order something" the only time management shows up to do inspections to which they literally just walk through maybe view a air filter and fire extinguisher but doing nothing to address the INSANELY HUGE PILES OF DOG SHIT IN THE COMMON AREAS *that we pay for*, POOLS ARE RARELY CLEANED & TREATED CAUSE MAINTENANCE MEN ALWAYS QUIT. JACUZZI DOES NOT WORK. GYM NEVER HAD DISINFECTANT WIPES, TRASH EVERYWHERE and GOOD LUCK IF YOU WORK FROM HOME AND CANT LET THEM IN AT THAT EXACT MOMENT THEY'LL CHARGE YOU $75. Air conditioning has been out since FEBRUARY 4TH, FINAL REPLACEMENT DATE MARCH 6TH and that's two maintenance requests, 5 calls, 2 contractors and 3 emails later ! Two days after I visited the office with the soaking wet chemical stained towel that has been soaking in my floor for 30 days, due to lack of real maintenance to the a/c. My spouse and I make good money, perfect rental history no criminal history now look at what comes from settling DONT DO IT. We settled for this place. Paying 2k a month to live poorly FALSE ADVERTISEMENT TO LUXURY BTW THE AMENITIES RARELY ARE IN SERVICE. not all experiences are the same however this unit was poorly maintained, previous tenant had the SAME ISSUES IN 2023 THAT IM STILL HAVING IN 2026 and that's what was printed by Victoria. Paid 1.9K and was evicted 24 hours later due to lack of acknowledgment to the underlying condition of my unit. I get it's my last month but no need to drag your feet what about the person after me ? It broke records thus is the hottest February in a while in Az yet the a/c was broke & leaky. Units need to be upgraded for what is expected to be paid lol.Be careful moving to Remington ranch. They remove google reviews and have family members make positive ones OR offer guts to tenants in exchange of positive reviews lol. I've had nothing but a terrible experience my whole 11 months of PAYING TO BE HERE despite damn near deadly conditions they received all 11 payments! Cleared. No issues. Christina, Amanda and Victoria have been a saving grace and I can't thank them enough for their patience. My experience has always been with mutual respect and they've always had a listening ear. Maintenance has always been nice and I know they do their best each day to take care of work orders as they come. Remington Ranch do their best to take care of their tenants and it shows. termites termites termites ,bugs, apartment falling apart, leaks thru my roof, broken utilities constantly, no one coming to fix my termite issue 4 seperate times this year took over 2 weeks for them to do anything about it the first two times but the next two times they hve been a little better at getting someone the next day, granted i am not home when the termite people come, but once i get home i see the termite tubes knocked down with termites crawling all over my counters, THEY DO NOT GIVE A SHIT, since i moved in i have dealt with this. Living next to the dumpster and constant landscaping maintenance BUG HEAVEN, the dumpster next to my apartment was set on fire earlier this year had to use my fire extinguisher, my apartment has cracks all throughout my apartment like its a historic monument i mean it's ridiculous i do not feel safe living here along with disgusted. I keep up on my own bugspray along with every month i am calling pest control and i am still seeing bugs CONSTANTLY. We lived there for 3 years at first was good when my dishwasher broke they maintenance lady was there within a day once she left you have to wait 2 weeks for service if at all. We gave our notice we were moving out we got a letter stating I owed 4867.00 on move out . 3000 for concessions wtf . I understand for the cleaning and blinds etc but really how you gonna just throw in there a bill like that .I would not recommend this place again read more

Last year my son decided to move into an apartment and I joined him on the lease. In the beginning the folks in the office were very nice, encouraging and it appeared they cared about their renters. We did an initial walk through and noted all the little things that were in need of some repair. For example, the tile in the bathroom is in need of a deep clean and it also needs to have new grouted. The windows were filthy and in need of not only cleaning but they needed to be repaired. It is a convenience to have a washer and dryer in the apartment. The problem was the refrigerator was so close to the wash room door it could not open properly. All of this was turned into maintenance. The patio door would close but the handle was falling off. It took maintenance several weeks to respond. When they finally arrived they did not even have the proper tools to fix the door handle. The dishwasher never worked correctly even after contacting the maintenance department. The garbage disposal was another issue. Again, it was not repaired. For a month the garbage was not being picked up. We asked to be compensated on our bill and they response was, "The Fair Housing says if we do for you we need to do for all." I would hope the management would consider a reimbursement for their error and not the error of the renter. The common area fees, garbage, electric, water is just not correct. And again, no consideration for the renter. Just money, money in their pocket. We are moving out and plan to be out by the end of December. We will leave the place as we found it and hopefully in better shape. It is a wild guess, but I can only imagine given the treatment of renters they will probably not give back the deposit. It is very sad that the only thing that matters to Remington is the money. I would hope that in the future the management will see that they will have a transient population unless they listen to the renter and be fair. I understand Fair Housing and it actually is supposed to work both ways. The typical answer was one sided and not one time, not once was it in the interest of us as the renters. I called to discuss the last months rent. The lady on the phone actually set the phone down so she did not have to listen. I can only assume that they get a vast number of calls requesting a second look at an issue, or complaints. Please take heed if you want to rent from Remington in Litchfield. Our desperation to find a place was taken advantage of. If I ran my Airbnb like Remington, I would never have clients. read more

I would give zero stars if possible. The staff lied when looked at the apartment. They told me the items in the apartment were included. When I moved all the items were not in the apartment. When I signed my lease they made it longer than I agreed to and had to have them print a new lease with the correct time frames. They inspect your apartment monthly. My AC went out and it took hours for the maintenance guy to come look at it and he told me to quit complaining he had walk over in the heat. I asked 4 times about giving my 60 day notice and asked about the rate increase. The girls in the lobby said they don't know and I should get a letter soon. I said I have to give 60 days and today is 60 days. They said come back on Monday it will be fine. The charged me $1100 for betraying my lease early. My lease was up February 28th. I turned in the keys on February 27th. They charged me for another month and said I broke my lease early. read more

We love living here. The grounds are well kept and lit in the evening. We feel safe and secure when walking the property or going to and from our car during the day and evening. When we had an issue with something in our apartment, maintenance responded quickly and effectively. We are renewing our lease and the leasing agent, Danielle H, was so helpful and made it very easy. Danielle was attentive, and listened to our needs with renewing our lease. Our renewal lease needed to end on a specific month, due to moving with our job, and she worked really hard to accommodate our situation! She was kind and wonderful to work with, we highly recommended living here! read more

I lived here for 2 years. The first year was great. Then they sold it. These people are only out for money. Pool down very often, takes forever to get anything fixed, and the parking is the worst ever. Assigned parking, people still park in your spot and by the time tow truck get there, they are gone. We left 2 months before lease was up due to employment, and they refused my keys, wouldn't look at the apartment the 2 months before we moved, (we paid the last 2 months even though we weren't there) and charged us another 450 dollars for "utilities" EVEN THOUGH WE'RE WEREN'T THERE THE LAST 2 MONTHS. They won't work with you on anything. We were NEVER late with rent and when final bill came, they sent it WITH A THREAT OF LEGAL ACTION BEFORE WE EVEN HAD THE CHANCE TO PAY IT! The management here needs to learn people skills very badly. Took me 2 weeks to get my back door replaced when their maintenance people shattered it when mowing. It was no big deal that the glass could have fallen through at any time. It wasn't no big deal anyone could have touched it and broke in. Safety? There's none of that here. I have been living at Remington Ranch for almost 2yrs now and i absolutely love it. I love the staff. I think they do an amazing job. It was a little rocky at first when the property was first sold but i think that comes with change, growing pains and challenges are to be expected in the beginning. The ladies and maintenance staff have done a great job stepping in and getting things under control. Its beautiful, its peaceful. The grounds are well kept. There is the issue of some folks not picking up after their dogs which is extremely irritating especially since there are doggy bags and cans in the area. Other than that, i would recommend this place to anyone looking for nice, quiet living. read more

I wanted to install a camera on our porch just in case we got a package or something there and we weren't able to get to it right away but they told me no same with changing the lock to something other than a standard key which I have the chance I'm gonna do same with adding a doorbell camera but when I tried to speak to the new manager it just felt like she wasn't helpful or friendly. And now I'm considering paying the fee and getting out because I am not gonna have a repeat of what happened at our old place. Someone already got broken into and I'm not gonna stand for the bullshit that happens here. Once this next lease is up I don't plan to renew and I gave them a chance and they screwed up so 3 strikes and I'm done no more chances. Now they are screwing everybody over and we are considering canceling our lease and if I have to call the cops again I'm gonna lose my shit with the damn manager so give me good enough reason to be nice right now. This place should have never sold and looking foward to moving out. Can't wait for next fucking month to move out. To the next person who rents here think about what your getting into. more than a month ago I found mold in my kitchen, and until today they have not been able to finish the problem they come and put a piece, repair a piece and so they have been, the maintenance is terrible apparently they have only one person In charge, I have spent a lot eating out because my kitchen is not in condition, I call and complain and they do nothing, this is very stressful, maintenance comes at different times of the day and it is very uncomfortable to have to be waiting for all this time, another thing, they send me documents that if they cannot enter they will charge me $ 75, and and I get a notice of rent increase, the worst service is the truth so much that payment of rent for the inefficient service, they promised me that they would clean my carpet to see if it is true because there is dust everywhere also that my allergies have gotten worse due to all the dust and loose paint all over my apartment read more

I lived here for 3 years, first year was great then the next 2 years was a new property management company. The new and current property management is just god awful. It went from green grass, clean parking lot, secure and safe place to live. To dirty pool (constantly), dead grass, front gate broken and always open. I had to pay a camera fee for "security" I guess but had no cameras on my side of the complex. Which would have prevented or helped when my truck got broken into as well as my motorcycle being picked up and moved to a different assigned parking space. They supposedly have a "good" security team that works for them at least that's what they told me when i brought both instances to their attention as well as its not their fault or obligation to help make sure that doesn't happen. I talked to the police and they said they cant patrol there and its up to management to have a security team to patrol at night. Which I guess they do, but all I've ever seen them do is sit in their cars up front out side the gate on their phones utterly useless. Almost as useless as whoever cleans the pool it takes them 3 days to clean a small pool and even after the 3 days is still dirty and in the summer turns green every other day and for multiple days at a time. All and all i would not ever recommend living there its over priced and this current management company is garbage. 10 out of 10 would not recommend just go a little bit down the road to the apartments on el mirage way nicer this place only cares about siphoning money out of your pocket. read more
