Emma was given keys to our home around November 15, 2019 and failed to put together a listing agreement and despite having a buyer which we procured in January it is April 15, 2020 and we are still unable to sell the home. Emma was fired and while attempting to finalize the sale and use another title company (her Providence Title company is horrible) she attempted to extort our family for 7% commission in exchange for her signature to dissolve her receivership. Emma's behavior and actions are absolutely inexcusable and downright inhumane. Our family has had to pay a mortgage payment beginning in November and continues having to pay because she refuses to do the right thing and would rather cause pain then provide a solution even in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic which has caused additional financial stress. Do yourself a favor and save 6 months of your time and money by looking elsewhere for a more reputable agent.
