Remita documented that Bastian left a heating iron on the carpet too long causing the pad and carpet to be stuck together, therefore ripple kept getting worse over time. There are so many reputable companies in the Lehigh Valley. This was an experience from start to finish that I wouldn't want anyone else to experience.
