I dropped the lid to a stain remover down the "lint trap." I thought that was all that needed to be fixed. It turned out to be a much larger project. The amount of lint that was backed up in the wall and flex hose/vent was incredibly dangerous. Mike stayed, working continuously for over two hours. He was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. He didn't charge over the quoted price even though I thought he should have. Mike was made me feel as though my project was a top priority and understood my personal need to have the dryer fixed) - as I have a dog with a handicapping condition. Why did I have my heating / air conditioning ducts cleaned? The ironic fact was that because he arrived early, I would have never been at home. Service rep said he would reschedule after returning to the office. Short story - over 1 week goes by with no return call. So I call the office again (voicemail) and the service rep. Service rep told me that I need to call the office to reschedule, which I responded I did. Still never heard a new date after several more days, so I cut them loose.
