Jeff came at the exact time he said he would and quickly went to work. We decided to have the wires hidden behind the wall when he arrived. Just in case that was not possible, he had extra wire covers ready (we have a lot of wires connected to the TV from the two video game consoles, Sonos, etc). He hooked everything up pretty quickly and I noticed he was very particular about getting everything right, measuring stuff and making sure everything was well balanced. Stephanie was very creative, professional, and helpful throughout the process. When she visited my place, we decided on a design together, in an efficient process, where she was able to translate my needs and preferences to interior design decisions and furniture choices. After two weeks, she assembled a furniture shopping list, within the budget I requested. I purchased all items she suggested. The furniture items were sourced from many furniture stores and I felt she did an excellent job finding items that were beautiful, fit the overall design, and reasonably priced. They also have a huge storage area in the basement so you can reserve your fixtures months in advance before pickup. We made a 1/2 down payment so the price would remain the same or better when we went to pick it up. They will only charge you the current price if you don't make a down payment. So if it goes up, you're at a loss. They have a display area for the bulbs too, so you can see the level of brightness and whiteness/yellowness you're looking for. Their bulbs are all LED's now. They have a wide variety of fixtures and a wide variety of price ranges so it's easy for someone on a budget to find something suitable too. We got lucky and picked out four fixtures (two ceiling fans and two chandeliers) and bulbs prior to prices increasing the following month. When we went back to pick up the fixtures a few months later we saved several hundred dollars by having put 1/2 down. We could not be happier with how everything turned out! Happy shops!
