I made an appointment for a Brazilian Blowdry treatment via Treatwell which was very easy to do. I have long hair and wanted just a trim so after making the appointment I called the salon to see how much they would charge for a trim and they said not to worry about it. I was a little nervous after hearing that because in my experience London salons want to charge you at least 30 GBP even for a trim, which is ridiculous. My appointment was with Jessica and while she hardly spoke a word of English, her technique is fantastic. There were plenty of gals there that could translate what I said to Jessica and it was no problem to get across what I wanted. Also, I'm not a fan of small talk so I didn't mind not talking to Jessica. I was able to get a wash, dry, treatment, and trim - all for 149 GBP via Treatwell. The salon didn't charge me extra for my trim - so happy about this! In my experience for over 10 years of getting this treatment, that is an incredible value for the technique, service, and overall experience. I will absolutely be back.

Tiff did my hair, and I am very happy with the results. My motto for curly hair is, "do no harm" because I have had some really bad salon experiences... until I met my girl Melissa in Pasadena.. but I don't have access to her anymore. I knew once Tiff started cutting my hair that she knew what she was doing. Curly hair cutting is all about the shape and releasing the curls. Once it gets too long, the curls start getting weighed down, so a skilled haircutter knows how to keep the length but release some of the hair's weight. i also had a touchup on my color. I'm very happy with the results. I think I found my salon in London.

I came in for a relaxer NOT texturiser but I left with texlaxed/ very under processed hair so now my hair is two textures which is difficult to manage as I didn't want transitioning hair. The hair cutting is terrible too. I showed Talisha a pucture of ME with my hair in a layered bob and said I just wanted a TRIM not a cut. She lobbed half the hair off in one big move and left me with the ugliest, crude blunt cut that she had the nerve to call a bob. Icing on the cake: I had to pay £80 for this monstrosity and in hindsight I'm kicking myself for paying.It will take me 6 months to grow this out as well which sucks. For hair that's not in the texture or style you want: go here by all means!

Since then i have been to other places, although it took a while since the first was such an unpleasant experience. Additional to this the staff seemed unaware that their voices carried in the halls leaving rude comments in the air.
