She gave me a heads up when she started and gave me the advice that I could watch or not. It didn't take long at all to do a black, smaller than a penny tattoo, and Courtney was excellent. My next 3 appointments have been at this shop. The shop is very clean and has a great atmosphere. Everyone has been extremely kind, and there are a well diversed group of artists. While I can only speak on my experiences with Jay, who is incredibly talented, professional, and pleasant to be around; I haven't heard or seen anything that rubs me the wrong way. At this point, I've spent a good 20 hours at the shop, with no end in sight. I'm hooked and sticking with an artist who is like minded and connects with me in a way that results in me getting the best work possible. I say all this, and must disclose that I drive past tons of shops on my 2 hour (YES, TWO HOUR) drive to get there. I wouldn't have it any other way.
