I have called and left messages with no return call and I also called the main line and talked to someone in Madison twice and was told I'd get a call back from the Brookfield Office. Still no call back. It has been three months and the treated area still looks blotchy. I will now take my business elsewhere.

Second I had to buy some bullshit cream on top on the price for getting the tattoo removed and last they caused hypopigmentation on my skin. After this happened I called in to speak with the person who did the removal and they wouldn't let me speak to him they told me to send pic. After I did that he finally called me back he looked at the pic and told me to come in why ask for pics if you are just gonna tell me to come in. Boy, am I happy I did! Through Instagram I found Sam and immediately fell in love with an available flash piece she had posted on her IG story. I decided to reach out through email that night because I couldn't stop thinking about how cute it was. She got back to me the next day telling me the piece was still available-- woohoo! We shot a few friendly emails back and forth about size, color, and pricing (she works for ~120 an hour) and worked out an available time later in the week. This isn't my first rodeo with tattoos, so believe me when I tell you I could NOT BELIEVE how comfortable she made me feel the whole time (it was like chilling with an old friend).
