Lived there for 7 years . Office staff is on a constant revolving door you won't be able to establish A relationship with any of them because before you know it they'll be gone. There has only been one maintenance personnel that has been there for 7+ years. Dog poop everywhere . No breed restrictions Or limit of pets you can have. Parking is pretty much non existent, no assigned parking. You will constantly get emails about parking rules and threats about towing but they never do unless they don't like you then they will target you . The trash area is absolutely disgusting. Homeless people raiding the trashes . Mandatory cable 45 bucks . Renters insurance required. They say to go on some website and pay 8 bucks per month for parking when it's not even a guarantee you will find parking . The garages are 160+ per month. i had a bike on my porch for not even 24 hours and got a notice on my door saying they were going to charge me but yet countless other units had bikes, scooters , boxes, dinning room chair Ect. But for some reason they loved to nitpick on what I had on my porch. ONE BIKE! unless others are paying the fee on a monthly basis To be able to oh idk actually use their porches !!!!!???? I felt very picked on living here to the point where it looked like no one as living there . Creaky floors and nails poking through the carpet . If you get an upper unit mine was a three bed two bath those bathrooms are upstairs so have fun with that and then there is this weird carpeted area up the stairs for what ? Like it could of been a balcony but it's on the inside ? Something is always breaking / falling apart . constant Inspections too. I believe twice a year for the fire alarms, two for the sprinklers and they also check the fire extinguishers outside of your unit PLUS at least two more inspections so your looking at a total of at least 6 inspections per year. so if you love invasion of privacy? Go for it . I am so glad I moved out would of done it sooner but the amount of money apartments charge for applying and deposits I just couldn't do it . read more

I have lived here for 7 years . Have gone through several management transitions. None better than the other . Filthy dirty conditions outside . Trash always overflowing. Dog poop canisters overflowing and all over the ground. Disgusting place to look at from the outside . Management is a joke . Do not live here if you have a chance to go somewhere else do so. This place has gone downhill. It is like living in a squatters area. There was a drug bust today at 6am and this isn't the first. There are residents here who are on house arrest, a lot of destructive teenagers, sometimes vandalizing cars. The garbage is always overflowing and there are RACCOONs in this apartment. Very unsanitary! If you scrape the paint off your bathroom, you WILL DISCOVER BLACK Mold that they just chose to cover up with paint. The management office never answers their phone, and if they do just pretend to be helpful, FAKE NICE, and the repairs never get done correctly. It is one shoddy job after another. Also, you get screwed when you leave. Make sure you have an extra month's rent because they will scam the amount out of you one last time. This has been consistent with every single neighbor we had.l Some damage on the apartment m would just appear out of nowhere even though it was not seen during the first 2 walk through and they charge wear and tear on you. They expect you to leave the apartment on brand new condition. They charge you a huge amount so they can refresh the apartment on your dime. It is VERY Bad. If you love yourself and your family, do not move here. If you have self respect, look elsewhere. And btw, THE PARKING SITUATION IS OUT OF CONTROL. The office staff were all so nice and accommodating and very responsive to my maintenance request. I loved using the gym to work out and the unit I stayed in was in great condition. If I could do negative 10 starts I would!! Everything was awful the 2 years we spent there first we tried to rent a garage the gave us one that was already rented!! The newly renovated apartments were crap and literally thrown together and falling apart. Don't even get me started on parking you get home after 5 your on the street getting broken into or stolen! They'll tow your vehicle for whatever reason they want! You have to pay to park!! With no guaranteed spot. We had someone posing as pest control try to break into our place twice! Got a ring camera and he didn't come back. A crack head smoking fentanyl on our porch under my kids open windows!! Same crack head peeing all over our porch! Cops were always there and I was there for a couple swats.The pool was never open and when it was it was gross looking! It was my husbands and i's first place we learned a valuable lesson! the move in process was quick and fast applied on Sunday and moved in on Thursday. so far the place is nice and quiet apartment was clean.

The only good thing I have to say about this place is the fact that we got a reasonable amount back for our deposit & that the bath tubs fill up pretty quick LOL it smelt so ridiculously bad when we moved in & nothing was clean, there are bugs that sit & die in the kitchen overhead light. Speaking of lights, they don't have any in any of the bedrooms or living room, just the bathrooms & kitchen so you'll need to invest in a lot of lamps. The closet doors fall off every time you try to open or close them & same with the back door screens. The manager has an attitude like no other & will talk down to you & belittle you to the point where I had to tell her to fix the way she was talking to me. Parking sucks, they'll tow you for no reason & not give you any warning regardless of if it is in the lease or not. We had multiple maintenance requests that were never even OPENED let alone done until after we moved out. In fact, maintenance came in to "fix the leak below us" & ripped through our bathtub to fix it & said they'd come back to repair our tub & never did for seven months... again, waited until we moved out. We didn't have a dryer or a dishwasher for the last month & a half of us living there. Apartment complexes are supposed to be a home for people & it never felt like that at all. The manager allows the entire staff to neglect needs of the people living there which is absolutely not ok. All in all, I could go on about how terrible this place is, but in summary, DO NOT LIVE HERE. read more

There is no parking in the area, and if you park in a space the wrong direction they give you a $50 ticket. No assigned parking either. You are forced to park on the street most nights. When I moved into my unit, they did not disclose to me that I live underneath a family with 2 young children who would constantly make loud noises. They also didn't disclose to me that the building behind mine was under construction for 6 months, and from 7 am to night time I would hear loud banging. Every time you work with this office they always has some kind of hidden piece of information they don't give you so they can charge you more money. They are not transparent and they have hidden fees everywhere. They've made many errors and never are accountable for them. In one word, this place is a total SCAM. I should have figured that when I called them for move out information, they left out a piece so they could charge me an entire extra month. I fought that and got it resolved luckily. Also, when I had the move out inspection, the staff member that came for the pre-move out inspection acknowledged that the bubbling under the vinyl flooring was not caused by me, there was no physical damage on it. Now I get my move out bill they are trying to charge me $900 for it. Do a Google search vinyl bubbling is because moist air rises from below and gets trapped under the surface, causing a bubble. So are you trying to say I put moist air under the floor? That is absurd. They need to train their staff better in general if they are legitimately making these mistakes. Their lack of transparency appears malicious to me. I will fight this charge with all my power and complain on every front until it is resolved. read more

Wow I never thought of checking yelp before applying here on March 14, 2021. They advertised a 3 bedroom available starting May 9, 2021. I applied, got approved and paid the hold deposit. Today, they informed me that the unit is no longer available because the current tenant is not leaving anymore. The application process was a mess. Two persons asked me to provide same documents I already provided. They are shorthanded and do not reply to inquiries promptly. I am glad I won't be staying here. It would have been a bad stay experience if I did. On the same day (today) they informed me I cannot proceed with my move despite being approved and paying the hold deposit, I found a nice two bedroom in Washougal with a view of the Columbia River and Mount Hood. read more

This review is for maintenance staff only. I recently just moved into my apartment and today the tank on my toilet cracked and starting leaking water while I was down stairs. It leaked all the way down into my kitchen before I noticed it. I immediately ran up stairs, killed the water, and flushed the tank. I then called emergency maintenance. Right away I got a call back from Macen saying he was on his way and would be here in 30 minutes. He also told me he contacted his vendor to come check things as well to make sure everything was good. Macen was at my door in 15 minutes, ready to help. Super professional, friendly, and had a great attitude. I felt bad having to call late at night, but it didn't bother him at all. He was friendly and we hit it off talking. He was also very appreciative that I took care of all the leaked water and knew how to handle the situation to prevent more water damage. He was very quick and thorough when installing the new toilet. As well as the vendor who checked to see how much water leaked and where it went. I am extremely pleased how I thought something like this would ruin my night but was actually enjoyable. Thanks again Macen. read more

Once we had been approved for the apartment and paid the partial deposit to hold the unit, I was unable to get a hold of anyone at the Renaissance office in order to get the final amount we would need to issue the cashier's check for. I tried to get this info for days! Every email I have ever sent (i.e.: did my friend who referred me to this apartment get her $200 referral credit?, what is the final amount we need to pay?, why did you folks not receive my mortgage history even though I've sent the PDF via email three separate times?) has gone unanswered! We were patient when our scheduled move-in date got pushed back by a day, but to be expected to bring a cashier's check and not receive an answer as to what the amount should be is unacceptable. I called twice on the day before we were supposed to move in. A lady who was covering from another property answered and said she would call me back with that info. Later in the day I called again, and again was told she would send me that info. I needed it that day to get the cashier's check. Finally at 4:30PM I walked into the office to talk to someone. The lady who was covering got the amount wrong many times - deposit was wrong, rent was wrong, etc. We had to go over everything many times before arriving at what the correct amount would be for pro-rated rent and deposit. Does this property management company not keep stuff like this on file? A drawer from our refrigerator was almost totally cracked in half and was sitting on top of our fridge with an inspection notice inside it. So basically whoever cleaned or did repairs to this apartment before we moved in, cracked this in half and then just decided to put in on top of the fridge without telling anyone I guess. I brought it to the office on 11/1, the same day I paid rent, and still haven't gotten a replacement and it's now 11/19. I paid rent via cashier's check on November 1st. I personally handed it to an employee in the office, only to be greeted with an eviction notice on our door days later for not paying rent. I called the office and they apologized, saying it was due to a change in the way payments are processed and that I had received this notice in error. Then they asked me to give them the check number so they could match it up and make sure I paid! I got a $50 ticket for back-in parking. I was not made aware of this policy verbally or in writing. There are no sign When setting up the mandatory Comcast cable via phone, I was on the phone with Comcast for over an hour trying to figure out why they couldn't find the contract agreement under the name Renaissance at 29th or the address that appears under the Google profile for the property: 16506 SE 29th St, Vancouver, WA 98683. So I went in to the Comcast retail location in Vancouver only to experience the same thing while sitting in front of a person trying to figure it out. After waiting there for almost an hour and dealing with multiple employees, including the manager, they finally figured out that the contract was listed under "The Cove" at 2716 SE 169th Ave, Vancouver, WA 98683. Now, do you think maybe Renaissance at 29th could have an SOP in place so that people don't have to waste their time while setting up their mandatory cable? I know the issue has been brought up before because Johnny at the office had told me to go in to the retail location since people at Comcast customer service can't figure it out ever. How about handing out a flier with concrete info about the Comcast contract so that tenants don't have to go through this every single time? Or communicating the name change to Comcast directly? Or making sure the address is listed correctly on Google? Completely avoidable. Lastly, we were told parking was never a problem here. Turns out, it is. My roommate can never find a parking spot when she gets home from work, has to park on the north side of the complex on the street, and then walk all the way to our apartment on the south side in the dark. Not safe at all. We pay good money for this place, can't find parking, and when we can, we get fined $50 for backing in to a spot? What's wrong with this picture? Now I can see why Renaissance at 29th has to entice renters with no-cost move-in specials. We have experienced nothing but negativity since we moved in here. I've lived in a lot of apartments and have never encountered such a lack of sense of urgency. Update: We've been here for a year now with no improvements. The trash is never NOT overflowing out into the parking lot. I asked FOUR SEPARATE TIMES to be set up on the Amazon lockers over the last year. Each person assured me they'd send me an email with setup info. Now with one month left on my lease I finally got the info. We just moved out to relocate to Portland. Every person we dealt with in the office was always so professional and kind. I had several questions through our time living there and everyone we dealt with was always so helpful! Rent was very straight forward with utilities added on top (which you are made aware of by a notice in the mail). Rent is very reasonable for what you get! The only complaint I have is that parking can be hard to find if you get in later in the evening. Other than that I loved our time there! DO NOT MOVE HERE. Sure it's a spacious apartment. NOT WORTH IT. I've lived here a year. And tonight as I was walking to my car to go to work I noticed it was gone. Called 911. Found out it was towed. Had to miss work. As a cardiac nurse, If we were understaffed 4 patients would have no provider. Went to pick up my car. Got a 400 dollar towing bill along with a 50 dollar apartment ticket, and missed my pay for the day of work I was supposed to make. Why my car was towed when my license plate information is with the apt. Complex is absurd to me. I have a newborn at my home if there was an emergency I would have been screwed. As the sole provider of my family I'm stuck with a fat fee these people will not negotiate. Horrible customer service. Dirty patios. Smelly garbage disposal they won't take care of. Spiders covering apartment. And it takes a week for them to answer a work order. Ridiculous. Not worth it. Ohhhhh and the sign in my car it was in the car it had fallen. Because they made the sign out of cheap material that it melted in the heat, bent and came off. The attached photo shows the towing company employee present as the sign was in the car. Rest assured I'm taking this to court. And they will be held accountable for their Unjust damages. read more

BEWARE Don't be fooled by any of the 5 star rating out there. If I have a choice, there wouldn't be a star at all. In addition, about all the 1 star reviews out there, they have done well for speaking the truth and those were also my experience. Of course, they are nice to you, they were very nice to me too, at the beginning, to get you to sign their lease. Here's my experience when I moved out: I lived here since 2013 and just moved out mid-April this year, 2018. When I left, there were 2 "48-Hours Pre-unit Inspection" and a walk-thru the day before I moved-out. Nothing was mentioned and as the matter of facts, the maintain lead even told me that my apartment is kept up nicely, carpet is great and so does the counter tops, etc. Today, 5/14/18, I received an invoice for $1,649.42 for the replacement of carpet damages, counter tops damages, vinyl damages and even broken window. In addition, the monthly utilities (water, garbage and common area) that I pay them never more than $70, they charged me $86.60 for the period between 4/1/18-4/15/18. Also, this place change management like night and day and obvious they are out to get you in any way they can. Please consider this as a warning.. read more

It's apartment living. If you don't like apartment living, this isn't your place. I was sold this place as a "luxury apartment". I'm from Southern California. That being said, WE know what luxury living is all about. Simply said, this isn't a luxury apartment. Unless "luxury" in the Pacific Northwest means "indoor plumbing". If that's the case, then yes, it's luxury. Their price denotes luxury, but that's it. The maintenance crew is pretty good. They fix stuff quick or at least try repeatedly. If at all possible, save money, fix your credit and buy a house. It'll cost about the same monthly. Or at least move next door and replace my neighbor with umpteen kids or the one that beats his dog. Like most apartment complexes, there is good and not-so-good here. It is not the intention of my review to tell anyone where they should or shouldn't live. As with most important decisions in life, one must carefully consider their options and weigh those against personal priorities. This is also just one person's experience. Your mileage may vary. The good: - It's a very good location. You are close to groceries, shopping, restaurants, etc. Lots of restaurant and grocery delivery services deliver here with many options. - They allow Pets (I guess that could also be bad depending on how you look at it) - The units can be somewhat spacious - The staff is generally polite in their verbal communication - You can rent a garage for an additional fee - They practice social distancing and other virus-related precautions if you visit the office The maybe-not-so-good: - Maintenance can be hit or miss. Sometimes they respond quickly, sometimes not. They are helpful when they do assist, though you may be waiting a long time or indefinitely. - There is an after-hours maintenance emergency phone number but it took about 30 minutes to get the initial call-back. (Keep mops and buckets handy!) - Very limited parking. If you intend to ever have anyone visit you the best thing to do is to rent a garage for $125/month. - The garages have electric openers and don't always work. They don't all have a door into the apartment. You don't have another way to enter your garage in that scenario. - As others have mentioned there is a lot of dog feces on the grounds. In all fairness though, this can't really be blamed on management. It's up to the resident to clean up after their animals. Plastic bags are provided in several locations for this purpose throughout the complex. I'm not sure it's much worse than anywhere else that allows dogs. - The written communication could be better. While the lease and accompanying documentation seem mostly straight-forward (oddly, mine did not include the list of potential move-out fees), they don't appear to ever respond to emails from residents unless it's to do with signing the lease. For most communications, they clip a piece of paper to your door frame (they do not also mail it, meaning you may or may not actually receive it). The wording of these has at times been ambiguous and confusing with typos and grammatical errors that could change the meaning of what is being asked. The required 48-hour-notice to inform the resident of permission-to-enter is not always given within that time-frame, but they apologize in the notice when given day-of. - They do accept checks for rent payment. If you pay online you'll need to pay a fee of either $2.95 or $76.95 depending on the payment method used. You can pay any time online, but they won't always post your balance until late in the day on the due-date. The total changes every month due to utility billing, which also includes an additional $5.95 service charge. You can figure out the balance on your own if it shows 0, but will have to pay another $2.95/$76.95 if you got it wrong and didn't pay enough, unless you subsequently write them a check. - Cable TV (Comcast) is $45 and paid with your rent but is not part of your rent. You cannot opt-out. The channel lineup is actually not too bad for the price though. (Comparable with Hulu or YouTube TV) - My apartment was less-than-clean when I moved in. There were large black irremovable stains on the carpets. The linoleum floors were filthy. The faux-hardwood-style linoleum can look nice but mine was bubbling up and peeling in several places at move-in. Maintenance fixed the bubbling linoleum issue a couple of times but it reoccurred. Bathrooms, windows, door frames, and shelves were all filthy at move-in and required substantial cleaning. - Other reviews have mentioned how the place is "falling apart". I wouldn't go that far, but there were definitely items in my unit that visibly needed work or replacement. They aren't all necessarily items that would normally be replaced during a tenancy, but they probably should have been replaced or worked on between residents. - The odors of this place (both inside and out) can be very unpleasant if you are sensitive to that sort of thing. - As other reviews have stated, it is unusually loud. Partying (or something?) goes on until late at night. The building itself is also loud if you live on the first floor and have residents living above you. This doesn't bother me personally, but it's certainly something to consider. - Given all of the above, I can see how some would feel it's over-priced. I see management has responded that they believe their pricing is competitive, but given the issues here I would call that a bit of an apples-to-oranges comparison. We feel we were definitely taken advantage of due to the fact that we were moving from California to Vancouver. We had my brother (who we trust very much) check out the property and look at an apartment for us. They showed him the front of the property (which looks the nicest) and an apartment towards the front. He gave us his approval and we applied the same day. We were not aware that the unit we were going to actually get was was not the unit he looked at but a unit on a different street at the back of the property. Renaissance at 29th also neglected to tell us that our neighbors were filthy. If my brother would have seen the unit we were actually going to get, he would definitely not have given us his approval. We were not told about the neighbors until my boyfriend had finished signing paperwork. The property is completely covered in dog feces because no one picks up after their pet and the trash is always overflowing into the parking lot. We did not feel safe where we were due to the numerous shady individuals we witnessed and our old neighbors made us feel uneasy as well. There is a collection of shopping carts on the property, and the BBQ/fire pit area is very unclean and not taken care of. They let us out of our lease due to the fact that we felt unsafe but that was after numerous emails back and forth with the manager, which took weeks. When we got our move out statement, they charged us for utilities and carpet cleaning (which is to be expected), but they also charged us $175 for cleaning, when we left the unit cleaner than what it was when we moved in (with pictures to prove it). We just paid our balance so we didn't have to deal with them any longer. I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but I feel this all must be said. Save yourself time and from a headache and look elsewhere. PS, the other reviews are correct, there is literally never any parking so we'd always have to park way down the street from our unit. read more

Apartment is nice and big for the price, the floors are very squeaky, you can hear your neighbor's though the walls, very cheaply made. Parking sucks! no guest parking. If you have an issue with your appliances don't expect to get it fixed soon. Made a maintenance request 3 weeks ago, the dryer just wouldn't turn on, called a few times and been told they would have someone come the next day, they lied to me! no one ever came and, dryer still not working. To be concise I would not the Renaissance at 29th to family, friend or acquaintance! We were relocating from Wisconsin in late July 2017 which limited our research to online followed up by two trips out to select a place to live. Our first issues occurred on day one when we arrived to sign our lease. Instead of $1,220 per month as stated when my wife was shown the apartment the actual per month cost of living was much higher due to numerous non-optional per month fee's. A few examples include $45 for cable, $15 trash and $35 for common area maintenance fee. Also, water and sewer is not charged per unit use but rather per building divided by the number of occupants who are supposed to be residing in a unit. There is also a $5 service fee for just about everything including if you want to pay your rent electronically. All of this would have been fine had it been disclosed when my wife scheduled a visit to see the apartments, had been listed in the renter's application process or a copy of the lease been provided prior to our arrival in Washington. The second issue we encountered on day one involved arrangements for the moving trailer. Despite having asked and been assured there would be no issues with having the trailer dropped and picked up a couple days later staff at move in initially refused to allow this and stated we had to get a permit and have it parked on the street. Only after several discussions including the city of Vancouver parking authority stating they could not guarantee a specific location (translation parking a block and a half away) did the office allow the trailer to be parked on grounds and only for business hours of one day. Availability of off street parking was a regular problem during our stay. Each unit is supposed to have a maximum of two parking passes. What was not stated when visiting was there are no assigned spots nor guarantee of available parking spots. Because my wife visited mid-day on a week day this was not apparent. After several weeks of having to park on the street we spoke to the office about the parking difficulty and garage use. The lease states garages are available (at extra cost of $80) but to be used for parking. Just in our building and the one on either side there were 4 garages being used solely for storage (packed full) or 3 season living room (couch, TV fridge). I observed maintenance staff drive by numerous times when these garage doors were open. After looking into the this the office did nothing we were able to observe about the garage use but did state to us they found a large number of units having 4-6 assigned parking passes from when prior management was in place. Parking did not improve however due to the number of cars that were being forced to park on the street. Despite having a common area maintenance fee the bark park was a literal mine field of dog bombs. The trash cans were routinely overflowing with dog waste. Some tenants tried very hard, including myself, to pick up but most did not. Similarly, the garbage bins were regularly overflowing for days. Safety was an issue we later raised to management. Despite the lease stating a list of restricted dog breeds there were a large number owned by tenants. One lady specifically apologized for the behavior of her large Rottweiler stating he did not get along well with most other dogs. Thankfully it was muzzled at the time. I also witnessed an individual regularly walking a pair of pit bulls on heavy welded link chain. He struggled to control these animals as they would lung and bark at anyone or animal near them. The final issue was when we witnessed another pit bull get loose from a ground floor apartment and attack another dog being walked on leash past the apartment. Office staff explained that they were required to allow them per law. This would have been an acceptable answer to me had the staff who showed my wife the apartment not made a point of stating the breeds that were excluded. If you know you can't exclude breeds due to certain reasons then do not list it as a selling point. Especially when the same staff did not disclose non-optional fees. Staff turnover at this apartment complex is very high. After four months we left the apartment complex for the reasons stated above. During this time the property manager was the only member of the staff who we are aware of that was employed at the time we arrived including the maintenance staff. 2/3/2018 David - Disclosing extra fees only after someone arrives from half way across the country doesn't really help! Had the fee's or lease with details been provided before our move then I'd 100% own our choice to move in. The only reason I did not refuse to sign the lease on the day we arrived is I had a moving trailer in transit and nowhere to live but my car. Hindsight and more research of Google / Yelp / Apartment Ratings / Facebook all say your response is not valid and our experience was far from a fluke. read more

This is the baddest place ever they don't care about residents all they care about it is the money, maintenance take for ever to fix anything i requested it. Noooooo parking everyday after 6 pm to 7 morning no parkingggggggg. Don't move here this is my suggestion and if you moved here you will know then if i was honest or not. read more

Just a short few words about myself; I'm a Disabled American Veteran with problems of having to use a walker. I spoke to the Assistant Manager who told me this apartment had just become available. He took my room mates and myself to see another unit. Our apartment was ready in a short period of time; I had not seen the inside of the apartment yet. What a wonderful surprise for us. Maintenance had gone to a lot of special care for me; they had put in a section of slanted cement layer so I could use my walker and walk in directly through the front door entrance without any problems. The Interior Designers from corporate had used colors to coincide with the hardwood looking floors. When I opened the front door, the first word coming from myself was "WOW". They had replaced old appliances with new; co-ordinated the colors with contrasting black appliances, soft grey walls, and white cupboards. The apartment was absolutely beautiful in my eyesight, and I would surely know since my father was an interior-exterior decorator, and learned my skills and talent from him. The amenities for tenants are many - swimming pool, work-out area, with equipment, barbecue area, basketball court, play ground for children, animal park where you can exercise your pets. Everywhere there are stands with bags to pick up after your pets for waste disposal. The mail boxes are handy; the complex has a secure package delivery hub. You can sign up for this service; that way your packages don't develop legs and walk off. Garbage and recycle areas are enclosed. Parking for tenants is available including spacing for Washington State Disabled parking signs for those tenants who need to use this space if you have a Disabled WA placard. Visitors can use spaces at the office; care givers can get a parking sticker via a resident who needs this service. Renaissance at 29th is close to freeways, bus stops, airport, shopping at stores, wonderful restaurants with great menus. It's a large complex so you get your exercise when out for a walk. I most definitely recommend Renaissance at 29th. Come and see the various sizes of apartments. Garages are available for rent. The staff and maintenance are friendly, knowledgeable, thorough at explaining paperwork, also doing a tour with small vehicles like a golf cart so you don't have to walk very far to see your potential residence. Come and rent here. I'm sure you will be happy with your choice. It's a place for young, old and in between. Polite manners, common sense, sense of humor, and friendly attitude will make you a lot of friends with other tenants. The lease is easy to understand with rules for everyone. This is the worst apartment I've ever lived in. Avoid this place. Their dog park is very dirty filled with poop everywhere. No assigned parking. And they charge you so much money to move out. And our ceiling is leaking for the second time since we moved in. read more

Recently moved out after living there 4 years. Could not wait to get out of there. Felt so ripped off by the high rent with noisy neighbors (called the cops more than once because of their physical fighting, not to mention the constant marijuana use), barking dogs, loud kids, gas fumes from someone working on their vehicle in garage below (literally made me physically ill) and limited parking. If you want quiet affordable living, this is not it. We rented during a "no damage deposit special" and now that we have moved out, management is trying to ding us with cleaning and other fees. We had no kids or pets, and are a couple in our 50's who worked all the time, so how much damage could there be?! Beware. Find somewhere else to live. Positive note is maintenance who does a good of keeping the grounds clean and neat for the most part. read more
