I received paperwork in the mail, filled the four pages out with an appointment scheduled months ago. The office called me the day before to cancel my appt. and to reschedule. I finally had my appt. with the only one available Nicole Snyder. I came prepared with my paperwork early, only to be told that I had an invoice from 7 years ago in 2016 for $168 that I had to pay upfront or they would refuse me. I could not recall the invoice and it was the first time it was brought to my attention as they had not mentioned before I arrived in person. The office were given multiple opportunities to bring it to my attention and I would have had the opportunity to address it then. I explained I did not have the funds to pay for an invoice that I could not recall ever receiving back in 2016 let alone not knowing who my insurance co. was back then. I don't recall receiving an invoice from Women's Wellness in 2016 and I am very organized and conscinetious when handling invoices. The registration clerk rudely asked me how would they know if they could trust I would pay my invoice for today's services. I explained and trying to assure them my invoice today 12/16/2025 would be handled because I have medicaid they flat out refused to keep the appointment and I did not receive my exam. Instead of thinking of the care of the patient, the money somehow reconciled from seven years ago, that I don't agree to being valid at this time, was put as the priority over my care. I will never return to this office because of the inhumane treatment I received. Try to understand I walked out of the door not to be rude but because it took a great amount of energy to make it to the office and you never know what is going on with somebody so put some kindness in your practice.

I didn't want to see a group of rotating midwives for my pregnancy, and at this office, you get to know the midwife who is going to be there at your birth. She's awesome. Definitely the woman to see if you're planning on giving birth in the hospital. The receptionist Lisa is also super great.

I am revising my review on account of my experiences with my provider Lisa Mullins, NP…read more Upon entering the the room she always said, "How are you? Any STDs I should be worried about?". Every. Single. Time. I tell her , "No.", and ask why she believes I would have one. I have never had an STD and yet each appointment she would ask me this. Three years ago she even went as far as to suggest my husband was cheating and may possibly give me one. It took several visits to finally convince her that the intense pain I was feeling during ovulation needed to be looked into further whereupon several decent sized cysts were discovered on both ovaries. Hormones did not relieve the pain and it took several more calls and visits to finally see Dr. Kondrup and have a lap which found the uterus inside, outside, and my ovaries covered in endometriosis. The intense pain returned, hormones did not work, and it took several calls and visits to see Dr. Kondrup again and I eventually had a hysterectomy. The right ovary was left in and still causes me pain which Lisa Mullins described as, "Not a big deal.". I stayed with her so long because she was highly recommended, but she is cold, unsympathetic, and in my cases seemed bored with myself and my symptoms or questions or complaints. She and Dr. Kondrup were extremely pushy about getting genetic testing as well which my insurance doesn't cover and would cost me over $3000. It was brought up at every single appointment starting nearly five years ago. I will no longer recommend this practice and have since found another office.

The office is busy, but well organized, efficient, clean, knowledgable, and professional. I never feel like a "number", and the nurses remember me when I visit. I've never been the victim of "moral judgement" as the 2010 reviewer claimed. I will never go to another OB/GYN in the area- I drive an hour to see this office and it is well worth the time investment!

The first time I went there, they set me up with an ultrasound AND drs appt to see Dr Carol Miller...I get there and they say "we don't have you down to see Dr Miller, only for an ultrasound." So I do my ultrasound and they say I'm measuring 5 weeks but they couldn't see anything that early so they told me to come back next week on THURSDAY SEPT 6 at 9:20...I get a call on Wednesday and they said I missed my appointment. I told them "no, I put it in my phone for sept 6 at 9:20" there was a whole hassle with that. I get to the drs office today at 9:10! Told them I have an ultrasound today at 9:20Am with a drs appt afterwards. They proceed to tell me "We don't have you down for an ultrasound today, just a drs appt and bloodwork" at this point I'm beginning to become pissed. So I said "nope. You guys told me to come back today for an ultrasound because you couldn't see anything last week" I started doing my bloodwork and specifically told Them "You WILL have trouble finding a vein, most people do with me" 2 pokes and 3 fucking people later, they still DIDNT get blood. After, I'm waiting in the waiting room for for my ultrasound. Obviously they figured something out and I got my ultrasound. Vaginally. I'm seeing the baby's heartbeat flickering on the screen, around 121 bpm. My last appt they told me I was measuring 5 weeks...this appt they tell me I'm measuring 5 weeks and 6 days,,,,they then tell me that I never had an ultrasound the week before. So I Go back to the waiting room to be seen by the dr. Now remember, my appt was at 9:20, I'm in the waiting room at 10. I tell them I HAVE TO LEAVE BY 10:30 because of my ride. They call me back at 10:15, do all the paperwork and they said the dr will be with me in a minute. ITS NOW fucking 10:55 AND I STILL HAVE YET TO BE SEEN. I tell them "look, I told you guys I had to be out of here by 10:30 because of my ride and you guys said that's fine." She then told me "I didn't hear you say that so, the dr will be in to see you in a minute." You bet your ass I got up and opened the door and started to walk out and they said "Tarissa" I said "nope. I told you guys I had to leave, my appt was at 9:20 and it's now almost 11, you guys are the most unorganized place I have ever been to in my life." So I walked out and WILL NOT be going back. They are incredibly ridiculous and very fucking unprofessional.

I first came here in July to meet with Dr. Brown. I had a GYN surgery in late June…read more Unfortunately, that wasn't successful. Dr. Brown did my second surgery back in late August (although it seems like yesterday). He was very good at telling me exactly what was happening. He kept me in the loop and explained everything in simple terms. He answered any questions my Mom and I had. After my surgery was done, he went out and talked to my Mom and explained what happened. He also didn't seem to mind me talking about my cats. When I went in for my post-op appointment a week later, he asked me about them. I also feel like Dr. Brown's thorough and cares about me. I think he felt bad for me when I told him how 2 of my cats kind of acted like punks after my surgery. One of them knocked my glasses case off of my nightstand the night of my surgery. When I bent over to pick them up the next morning, I had pain bending over. One of my other cats jumped on me when I was in bed and stepped on one of my incisions. I plan on seeing Dr. Brown for my yearly exams from now on. I went in yesterday for another post-op exam. He asked me about my cats again. I was a little emotional talking about one of them, Mac, who got really sick last year and passed away. He treated me with dignity, respect, kindness and like a human. I feel lucky.

The second I stepped into this PP I felt immediate relief and comfort. Every single person along the way was incredibly kind and attentive. I touched base with about 8 (yes, 8!) staff throughout my appointment process (from front desk to nurses and doctors) and I always felt so safe and completely heard. Aside from the comfort the staff brought me, they are all very knowledgeable and I never felt like anything was done only half way. I traveled about an hour to visit this Planned Parenthood as opposed to one closer to me and it was so worth it to leave feeling more whole than when I arrived. I highly recommend this Planned Parenthood for ~any~ service you are seeking. Thank you, PP.
